Detached 2 bedroom fully air-conditioned villa with private pool, Large terrace for all day sun, pergola and 2 BBQ's (gas & Traditional). The first floor consists of 1 double, 1 twin room fully furnished with A/C, ceiling fans, blackout blinds and family bathroom/shower. The ground floor consists of an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area complete with a downstairs WC. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment required to cater for a large family. A large flat creen TV, satelite TV, DVD players/DVD's, books, DVD, CD player/CD's and phone are provided for the guest use.
Outside there is a large patio and terrace area with table and 5 chairs where you can enjoy alfresco eating and even cook outside on the BBQ provided. A large wooden covered pergola has been installed to allow shelter from the sun if required or to enjoy lunch under. 6 sunloungers c/w with beach towels are also provided for relaxation on the South facing terrace next to the pool for all day sun.
The main bedroom has a double bed & bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes, dressing table/mirrors, table lamps, hair-dryers, individually controlled air-conditioning, ceiling fans, blackout blinds and access to the FF balcony.
The spacious bathroom has a bath c/w with power shower, WC and wash basin inc mirror.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a self-catering holiday including fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, cooker, washing machine, iron/ironing board and much more.
The ground floor WC, consists of WC and wash basin.
The spacious open-plan living/dining area has a large curved luxury sofa seating 6 people, dining seating for 6, large flat screen TV, DVD player c/w with numerous DVD's, DVD/I Pod dock, CD player & CD's, Books, ceiling fan and air-conditioning.
Property will be cleaned prior to arrival. Any mid-stay clean or linen and towel change can be arranged for a small additional charge. 6 beach towels are availbe for use in the villa or beach.

The property is accessed through a front gate and the terrace runs directly up into the large front doors, which both open to full width.
From the lounge patio doors lead out onto the large terrace/patio with a side kitchen door leading to the wooden pergola. There is an outdoor table and 5 chairs to enjoy your meals in the lovely sunshine or to take a break in the shade under the pergola. In the front of the property, which is south facing, you will find the fantastic pool, around which has plenty of room for the 6 sun loungers allowing you to relax and tan in that glorious Cyprus sunshine. There is an outdoor terrace, traditional Cypriot charcoal BBQ, gas BBQ and landscaped garden, wooden fencing around the perimeter gives that extra privacy. There are numerous external lights around the pool and terrace areas which light up the pool and villa in the evenings making it feel warm and romantic. There is a paddling pool provided for the children not ready for the pool and numerous lilos and water rings for the pool and a bat and ball game is provided for the children.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Refundable £150 security deposit required with final balance payment. We can accept payments by cheque or bank transfer in UK pounds or Euros. Long term lets available.

Mid-holiday clean optional - £37. A 20% non-refundable deposit is payable on confirmation of booking, with the remaining balance due 6 weeks before arrival. A refundable breakages/damages deposit of £150 is required with all bookings, payable before arrival and refunded within 7 days of departure, less any deductions for losses, damage or breakages. Special rates apply to long lets (3 weeks or more). Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer.

About the area
Gold Coast beach, is an easy 10 minute stroll away from the villa, Pernera beach is a short 15 minute walk from the Villa. If you follow the coastal path a little further you'll discover a host of secluded bays and coves all with crystal clear water. The more well know beach in the area, Fig Tree Bay in Protaras, is a leisurely 20 minute walk away, along the sea front.
Special Interest Holidays
This location is ideal for cycling, walking, fishing, horse riding, watersports and with Cape Greco (nature conservation area) only a 10 minute drive away. The local zoo, complete with viewing tower is only 5 minutes walk away where you can view the ghost town of Famagusta.
How to get there
Larnaca Airport (LCA) which is an easy 45 mins drive away from the Apartment. Paphos Airport (PFO) offers an alternative which is approx 2 hrs drive from the apartment. There are various car hire companies at the airport or If you prefer not to drive, there are always taxis available from the airport at around 50 euros.
Paralimni: 10 minutes drive.
Ayia Napa: 10 minutes drive.
Larnaca: 45 minutes drive.
Pathos: 120 minutes drive.
Protaras: 5 minutes drive.
Kapparis: 5 minutes drive.
Troodos Mountains 90 minutes drive.
The Famagusta district has a huge amount to offer holiday makers as it encompasses Kapparis, Paralimni, Protaras, Pernera, Ayia Napa, Deryneia and Cape Greco (nature conservation area) to name just the most well known locations. The local zoo, complete with viewing tower is only 5 minutes walk away where you can view the ghost town of Famagusta. Famagusta is situated on the south-east cost of Cyprus and boasts some of the most beautiful golden sandy beaches and turquoise waters on the island. Cyprus enjoys 340 days of sunshine per year and sunshine is in abundance particularly between April and September, when you can expect the temperature to be 30 degrees and higher. The plentiful beaches and coves provide a refreshing breeze, and evenings are warm and airy. Paralimni provides a combination of the old and new side by side, with beautiful historic squares and churches, lovely bakeries, cafes and restaurants, and even a Marks and Spencer. Protaras is a lively family orientated resort benefiting from the best white sandy beaches on the island and has a multitude of attractions from bars, nightclubs and restaurants to wonderful beaches. Ayia Napa – the most well known resort to British tourists – has wonderful, white sandy beaches, a water park and museums and galleries. It also has lively nightlife and some of the best restaurants on the island.
