The studio is on the 1st floor & the 2-bed on the top floor (of the same Block) has lovely views to mountains/sea/pool. The complex is close to the centre of the delightful village of Peyia. Within a walk are choices of bakers butchers supermarkets restaurants and bars. Communal facilities include Peyia's largest swimming pool and further plunge pool, heated indoor pool, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi, changing rooms, sauna and gym with landscaped gardens. There is plentiful on-site parking, and lifts to all floors. Tastefully furnished, well equipped with Elite mattresses and large terraces, the apartments are only 5 minutes drive from Coral Bay, one of the best beaches on the island. Bus service to Paphos and Airport. Nearby is the famous Akamos peninsular & protected parkland. It is 20 minutes from Paphos Centre, with its culture, history, port and abundance of shops, bars and restaurants.

Notes on prices
Winter lets, Easter in both apartments & still good summer availability! (Please check 'availability') Discounts given for longer than 2 weeks, for Autumn availability & for rental of both units together. Substantial reductions for 3 weeks or more. (Please request best possible price). £20 extra for 5+ in 2-bed apt. Letting includes reasonable usage of air-conditioning units. Deposits and returnable (not banked) security/breakage deposits are required and full details are listed in booking note.
Changeover day
Changeover day is fully flexible by agreement. (See the orange 'Check availabiliy' buttons. Guests must vacate by 11am on date of departure. New guests may arrive after 3pm or by arrangement. Necessities available incl cleaning materials and hot drinks.
Notes on accommodation
The properties have free air-conditioning & fan in the lounge/bed area (studio) & lounge and both bedrooms (2-bed) with Fan in lounge & main b/room. Communal parking. Both apartments are tastefully furnished with co-ordinating soft furnishings, Catherine Lansdowne bedding, Christy towels, Panasonic Hi-fi, Sharp Arquos w/s 32" TVs, DVD and satelite players & D/washers. The 2-bed has a W/machine will suit families / 2 couples. The studio suits couples, but highchair/cot can be provided on request at either apartment, for an additional charge. Both apartments are built & fitted to a high standard with marble flooring, granite worktops, wooden fitments, black-out blinds, fully tiled bathrooms with baths & shower fitments. Apartments are fully equipped incl all bedding, towels, beach towels & linen, and are professionally cleaned prior to each let by our agents on-site who will deal with any problems or extra services requested. Change of bedding is included for all lets of 2 or more weeks.
Accessibility
The Complex has access slopes and lifts to all levels, however the apartments are not especially adapted for wheelchair/ disabled users.
Outside
This is a small 5 start resort with indoor heated & large outdoor pool plus plunge-pool. Indoor & outdoor Jacuzzi, shaded area, changing rooms, sauna and gym & landscaped gardens. Pretty Peyia has a Bus service to Paphos Airport, 2 supermarkets, (1 is 7/7, 0700 to 2100 hrs). The village (10 mins) has bars with WI-FI, good restaurants & a take-away with full delivery service & choice of 2 butchers, 4 bakeries and 3 banks. Weddings can be arranged In Peyia and Paphos. The 5 star indoor leisure complex facilities at this resort make it ideal for either escaping the summer sun or exercising in the warmth during the cool winter months. Skiing & winter sports is available at Troodos approx 1 hr 15 mins away. The local area has full water sports, Golf, quad-bike and jeep safaris, Horse-riding, walking, zoo, water-park, archaeological attractions, museums, theatres, outdoor and indoor concerts, bars restaurants and taverners in villages, towns and countryside, Akamos Nature Reserve and more.
Coast/Beach
There is another excellent open access pool with bar in the village some 10 minutes walk from the complex.
Coral bay is one of the best beaches on the island & has small coves adjacent to a main sandy beach, with full watersports onsite. This is about 3 miles away and is but a few minutes by car.
Adjacent to this is the 'Sea Caves' area, (a rocky peninsula ideal for snorkelling or scuba diving). Near here is also the ideal and picturesque jetty and church at Ayios Georges.
Golf
A Driving range has newly opened on the way into Paphos some some 10 minutes drive away. Close to this is also a new Archery centre. Golf courses exist in the Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills areas to the East of Paphos, about 30 minutes drive away. There is also an excellent crazy golf attraction plus full Go-Karting circuit in Paphos.
Special interest holidays
Bordering Peyia is the Akamas Peninsula with its nature reserve and quiet idylic serenityexplorable by 4x4 / quadbike. Here are the quiet coastal towns of Polis, Laatchi and the famous Baths of Aphrodite.
In addition to shops restaurants and nightlife, Paphos contains a world of culture, with museums and artifacts and historical sites which provide a fascinating insight into many of the worlds largest empires throughout time.
On the eastern side of Paphos is the equally famous and picturesque Aphrodites Rock. Travelling inland can take you to villages stopped in time, where monasteries, vineyards, and lace-making still abound. 90 minutes travel will take you the bustling port and resort of Limassol or the Troodos mountains, (where you can escape the heat and enjoy a serene 20 deg C in the Summer or ski on feet of powder snow in the Winter).
Slightly further afield are the capital Nicosia and a visit to the Turkish part of the island, or the resorts of Larnaca and Ayia Napa.

Distances
A car is not necessary, but is recommended. Bus service to Paphos, Airport & Coral Bay. Taxis are plentiful. Airport shuttles via mini-bus are available via Google. Quads & m/cycle Hire nearby. The centre of the town of Paphos is approximately 20 minutes or 10 miles away. This has all the amenities of a large provincial town & port. Polis/Laatchi approx 15 miles. Troodos mountains approx 45 miles. Limassol approx 40 miles. Larnaca approx 65 miles. Nicosia approx 75 miles. Kyrenia about 85 miles.
Further details
Cypus is a large island in the eastern mediterranean sea. Temperatures are on average much higher than most European countries, being closest to eastern Greece, Turkey and Israel. Winter temperatures are usually around 15 deg C at worst around the coast, and down to -5 deg C in the mountains. Peak winter temperatures and spring and autumn averages are usually around 20-25 deg C. Peak summertime temperatures range between 30 - 40 deg C and low forties are not unknown. In the mountains summer temperatures rise to low/mid 20's. The island has been part of most major empires across history, and has a huge wealth of treasures from many of them for modern visitors to enjoy. Southern Cypus has a modern culture combining Greecian and British influence having gained independance in 1960. Many people speak English and the Eglish are well-liked, although visitors come from many countries world-wide. In Cyprus, driving is on the left, as in the UK. The currency is the Euro. Peyia is a large village just North of Paphos, a major provincial city. The village is based around a traditional village square. This has a Church, town Hall, and 2 supermarkets. In streets adjacent to the square are approximately 10 bars and restaurants. One of these is an excellent Meze restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away. Here you can enjoy an authentic Cypriot feast of a meal at a very reasonable price. Also in the village are at least 2 butchers and 4 bakeries plus other shops and services and a bank. The apartment is approx 0.5 miles or 10 minutes walk from the village centre.

The full balance is required 10 weeks before the date booked, when a refundable security deposit cheque for £100.00 will also be required. Cyprus was great, just what we were after. Sun and peace and quiet. Often we had the place to ourselves! Great location. Top marks really you've done a great job. TV is bigger than ours at home and the finish materials in the whole apartment were top class. Facilities were good too, big clean pools very good. I can't think of anything to fault it. Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We feel that Peyia (and Cyprus) have all to offer that anyone could want in a quality holiday. Peyia is close to Paphos, Coral Bay (and its forthcoming Maina), and other parts of the Island which are scenic and beautiful. The village itself has everything needed, but is quiet and tranquil. The apartments and village have lovely views to mountains and sea. We have tried to include as much detail in the listing as possible but please contact us if you have any questions.
