The apartments are furnished to a high standard and are privately owned by myself and my wife. Including a free welcome hamper. Situated in a new quiet development in the Cavo Greko area of Protaras suitable for all ages thats looking for a relaxing break. Communal pool, large patio area and car parking. 5 min in car to Ayia Napa for nightlife and 5 min from Parlimni for great shopping. 15 min walk into Protaras town centre! We have 1 x two bedroom and two x 1 beds on the same development, so we can cater for groups up to 12 people! Plus a two 4x bed villas, on the same complex, check it out on ownersdirect, CY2508. The bus stop and two local mini-markets are 1 min walk. Green Bay beach is a 5 min walk with the first restaurants 5min walk. Car free with the 2xbed apartment. The car is not required of where the apartment is located, but great for exploring the area. Wi-Fi, welcome hamper. Airport transfer can be arranged.

Important notes on accommodation
The apartments are suitable for all ages. Both located on the ground floor. Full air-conditioning in the bedrooms and quality ceiling fans with air-con for living area as well. Heaters are provided for winter time. Airport transfer and Welcome Hamper.
Please note myself and my wife have just come back from Cyprus and nothing has changed due to the recent problems with the banks , that will effect your holiday

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. For longer rents or winter lets, as well as larger group sizes & wedding parties up to 28 persons and two 4 x bed villas on the same complex, CY2508 please email for prices. Offers for Winter lets, November to March email for details (heaters provided). Minimum stay is 5 x days.
A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking non-refundable, the remainder to be paid 6 weeks before departure and £80 security deposit for breakages! We can accept credit card payments, Paypal (3.5%charge), cheques or bank trans. Note you still need your own travel insurance! If taking the car with the driver needs (EU) driving licence and no major claims or convictions! Needs to be between 25 -70 years old and held there licence for at least 2 years, £200 excess on insurance.

How to get there
Larnaca airport is approx 50km from Protaras. The Motorway from the airport to Protaras and same side of the road as driving in the UK. Airport transfers can be arranged.
Ayia Napa 5 min in car. Larnaca 40 min in car. Paralimni 5 min in car. We would recommond the bus service that runs every 30mins to Ayia Napa and Protaras centre. 1 euro each for this service.
Protaras area is great for local shops, restaurants, water sports, walking cycling and Horse riding nearby. With many more leisure activities! Information in the apartments for local restaurants & places of interest.

"Home from home"
Top class apartments in an ideal location! Our group consisted of 17 people so it was a bonus to find these apartments and villas in such a good location. I cannot praise the owners enough for their clean, well-maintained properties. The apartments are superb and I would definately recommend them to others.
Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, families with teenagers and families with young children

About the Owner
We are Alan and Tanya, we live in N.Ireland. We love getting to Cyprus for a break, it is a beautiful Country & very relaxing. We have our own business in N.Ireland so don't get many breaks or much time to ourselves. We are very particular in anything we do, so everything is done the best we can. We know how important a holiday or break away is and have tried to finish the apartments for your comfort and pleasure. It would be very hard to not have a good time in Cyprus, as it has so much to offer. We have found no other Country to compare.

Why this location?
We went to Cyprus in 2007, looking to buy property. We liked the location as it was not in the middle of the town, but still within walking distance, still only a 5min drive to Paralimni or Ayia Napa. The site where the apartments are was originally an hotel. To be honest at the time, the remains of the hotel where the only thing on the site, we where very fortunate that the complex turned out so well. The Protaras area is beautiful, everyone in Cyprus will tell you, that the Cypriots themselves all want a holiday home in Protaras.
What are the unique benefits of the property?
The apartments benefit from the area & location. There is two mini-markets & a bus stop within a 2 min walk. Also Green Bay Beach & a few restaurants with a 5-10min walk. The apartments are on the ground floor & have a large patio area at the front. They are very cool inside during the summer months, but still benefit from full air-con in the living area & bedrooms. We have listened to our guests in the last 2 years & hence one of the improvements for 2011, will be Sky Freeview. This year(2010) we installed Wi-Fi, and so many people found it great. We find some evenings, just lighting the BBQ out the front with a few glasses of wine, maybe the next night a walk into the strip!
