Located approximately 150m from the beach in Argaka, this spacious villa has an open plan living area with comfortable seating, TV with DVD player and stereo. Dining table with seating for 6 is next to the kitchen area with appliances including full size oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Full air conditioning to all rooms included. Free Wireless broadband Internet connection is included for the use of all our guests. Patio doors lead outside where there is a covered veranda providing welcome shade and open terrace areas next to the figure of eight pool. Fully equipped built in charcoal barbeque, outside dining table and 6 chairs, 6 sun loungers and umbrellas. From the lounge area, a door leads to a separate area containing a twin bedroom with its own terrace and separate shower room. There is a laundry area with washing machine and rotary line outside. Both upstairs bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and own private balconies.

Notes on accommodation
Full air conditioning is included at no extra cost The air conditioning units can provide both cooling and heating options. DVDs are available for your use which include titles that are suitable for children. Some charcoal and firelighters for your first BBQ can be found outside.
All bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes with some clothes hangers. Bedroom 3 also has a chest of drawers.
The villa is in a quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Accessibility
There is one step up to the large porch area at the front door. There is a downstairs bedroom with separate shower room.
From the living/dining area, there are 2 sets of sliding patio doors that lead to the outside. There are 2 steps down from both of these doors. From the front of the villa there is a side gate that has direct access to the pool area. The landscaped gardens are covered with small gravel.
Outside
Patio doors lead outside where there is a covered veranda providing welcome shade and open terrace areas next to the private figure of eight pool (approx 8m x 4m). Fully equipped built in charcoal barbeque, outside dining table and 6 chairs, 6 sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool is regularly cleaned once or twice a week depending on season. Both bedroom 1 and 2 have private balcony with table and 2 chairs. Bedroom 3 has its own veranda. A rotary washing line is located away from the pool area.
Coast/Beach
The quiet beach of Argaka is directly opposite approximately 150 metres away.
Beaches can be found in Polis (5 minutes drive) and at the picturesque fishing harbour of Latchi (10 minutes drive).
Golf
The nearest golf course is approximately a 30 minute car drive away. There are 3 excellent golf courses in the Paphos area.
Travel
Argaka is approximately a 45 minute straightforward drive from Paphos airport. Car rental is recommended as there is much to explore on the island. We can arrange preferential rates if required – please enquire.
Larnaca airport is approximately a 2 hour car journey. Car hire is available at the airport however we are unable to provide preferential rates from this airport.
Distances
The old village of Argaka is only a few minutes drive up into the hills.
The town of Polis is just a short drive or taxi ride away (approx 5kms). Slightly further down the coast (approx 10-15 mins drive) is the picturesque fishing village of Latchi.

The town of Polis has several good quality restaurants and tavernas and is just a short drive or taxi ride away (approx 5kms). Slightly further down the coast (approx 10-15 mins drive) is the picturesque fishing village of Latchi where you will find excellent seafood restaurants plus facilities such as boat trips, private boat hire and other water sports.
Pomos can be found a short drive away where you will find a small beach and taverna.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required upon booking. The booking will be confirmed when booking form received and funds have cleared. The villa is clean and fresh, both inside and out. It is large and spacious. The pool is stunning and looks beautiful at night with the lights on. The beds are comfy and the showers powerful and hot. What more can i say this really is an exceptional place to stay. The location is fabulous. A minute walk to the long stretch of beach where you can sunbathe during the day or have drinks listening to the sound of the waves in the evening. All in all, a relaxing and peaceful vacation.
