You will find a visitors pack of tea ,coffee, water, milk, bread etc on your arrival and our English speaking managers will meet you to help you settle in. This is the perfect family safe holiday. The villa is equiped with a cot, high chair and stair gates and a safety screen to the patio door to keep little ones away from the pool area. Outside
The south facing garden and patio has a private 8 x 4 m pool sun loungers and a poolside shower. A private landscaped garden surrounds the property. The pool and patio area has lighting to help create a relaxed atmosphere. The garden and pool area has fencing to provide privacy. For patio dining we have a fully equipped gas BBQ a table and 6 chairs. A parasol and pool friendly plates, glasses bowls. The main bedroom has a south facing balcony complete with a table and 2 chairs. There is off street parking and gates at front of villa.
Coast/Beach
Pernera beach is 150 metres away and the coastal footpath can be followed to other beaches with cafes bars and other facilities. Water-skiing, para sailing, jet skiing available on the beaches diving with tuition and leisurely boat trips. Boat hire and fishing trips are available at the marina, all within a 10 min walk of the villa. 15 minutes walk from the villa there is a well-managed family friendly water-park staffed by life guards.All the slides run into depths of just 1/2 metre and 1m.
Special interest holidays
The coastal path runs within 150m of the villa towards Famagusta to the North and through Protarias towards Cape Greco. This makes for ideal walking or jogging with numerous bars or cafes along the way for any breaks. Cycling is very popular out of season when the temperature is more comfortable. Just inland from Famagusta are the church and monastery dedicated to St. Barnabas, the founder of the apostolic Cypriot Orthodox Church in 45 AD. Barnabas a Cypriot from Salamis who visited the island accompanied by St. Paul and St. Mark.The church of St. Barnabas is preserved exactly as it was since abandoned in 1976. Famagusta harbour is dominated by a great citadel sometimes known as Othello's Tower in reference to the (fictional) play by Shakespeare. It contains a splendid 14th century Gothic Hall. The sun shines over Cyprus every day of the year which makes it perfect for all year round holidays, whether a relaxing summer holiday or just lazing in the winter sun.
Travel
Travel to Larnaca is available through BA, Easy Jet, Cyprus Airways and Monarch. Direct flights from Ireland are charted for the Summer months May-October and fly on Sundays. Speak to your travel agent for details. Larnaka airport is 40 mins drive. Car hire is available but not necessary. Cabs can be taken from the airport or a local bus is available.
Distances
Protaras is 3km / 5 mins drive. Ocean Aquarium Park Protarias. Aiya Napa is 10km. There is a water park within a few minutes drive of villa or approximately 15 minutes walk
Further details
There is a supermarket situated directly outside the Crystal Lagoon development. There are also plently of restaurants, bars and pubs. There is a bank within 10 minutes walk. Internet access is available at local bars. Pernera provides a selection of restaurants to suit a variety of tastes. Many of the restaurants provide entertainment for children by way of playground or pool tables. However there are also quieter restaurants. For something more romantic, you can try the Serena Bay Bar and restaurant where you can dine overlooking the bay while sitting under a canopy of lilac trees.
Booking notes
We require a £200 booking deposit to secure the dates. The balance to be paid within 8 weeks of departure. Arrival and departure dates and times may be flexible. A refundable £ 200 breakages deposit will be required with the balance. The damages deposit will be returned within 14 days of your departure, assuming no damage has occurred to the villa or its contents as a result of your stay.

"What a fantastic treat it was to stay in a luxurious and homely villa, it's was well equipped to cook lovely meals and barbeques around the pool in the evening were fabulous. The beds were really comfortable and we couldn't have wished for a better location. Walking to Protaras was a pleasure (apx1/2 hr) and all along the sandy coves to Kapparis and the other direction was so picturesque. There are plenty of bars and restaraunts in Pernera and a supermarket just at the end of the 'close'. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa
