| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 is a spacious room with superkingsize bed access to the large balcony with views over Paphos, ensuite shower room. Bedroom 2 - double bed. Bedroom 3 - 2 single beds. The Studio room has a small double sofa bed. Travel cots available. |
| Bathrooms: | There is a large main bathroom with bath/shower over, WC, basin. En-suite to bedroom 1 with large shower, WC, basin. The ground floor bathroom has shower, WC, basin. The En-suite to the studio room has a shower, WC and basin. |
| Kitchen: | There is a large kitchen/diner fully equipped for 8 people with all appliances including cooker/ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave etc. The dining area has a modern dining table seating eight. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge is spacious with access to the balcony, it has modern comfortable sofas with TV, video, DVD and Sky satellite, including sport channels. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linen and towels and a end of stay clean are included. Please take towels to use round the pool or to take to the beach. |
Notes on accommodation
The villa has air conditioning units in the lounge and all the bedrooms and studio room, there are also ceiling fans in the lounge, dining room, main bedroom and bedroom 3. There is also full central heating for the winter months.
The water and the Swimming pool are heated by solar power.
There is a safe situated in the main bedroom.

Accessibility
Due to its hillside position there are a large number of steps around the villa.
Outside
The villa is detached and has its own private swimming pool, 10mtr x 4mtr, terrace and pergola with patio tables, chairs,gas barbeque and sunbeds. It has a balcony from the lounge and dining room and a first floor balcony accessed from bedroom 1 and the landing. The studio room is situated below the main villa and has its own patio with table and chairs and sunbeds.There is a parking area for 1 car.
Coast/Beach
It is a 20 minute drive to the nearest beach at Coral Bay. There are sunbeds and parasols for hire and is very popular in high season. For something very different take a drive to Lara bay it is completely unspoilt and peaceful. Kato Paphos municipal beach has been upgraded and now has toilets and showers available.
Golf
Tsada Golf club is a 5 minute drive. The 18 hole course has been designed to blend into the natural surroundings, it has a driving range, putting green, club house restaurant, bars and a games room.
Travel
25 minutes from Paphos international airport.
A hire car is essential when staying at the villa as it is a short distance from Tsada village and Paphos town.
Distances
10 minutes to Kato Paphos and 20 minutes to Coral Bay. 5 minutes to Tsada Golf course.
Further details
There are a few local shops 2 minutes by car fom the villa, a small supermarket that sells a wide variety of items, a cypriot takeaway and a newsagents. For more choice there are large supermarkets and plenty of shops, banks, restaurants in nearby Paphos town and in the tourist area on the harbour at Kato Paphos.
Booking notes
A £200 deposit per week is required on booking and the balance payable 6 weeks before the holiday.
