The villa has sea views from the pool area and rear balconies and panoramic mountain views from the master bedroom. 5 mins drive, or 35 mins walk, from Coral Bay beach. The village of Peyia is 10 mins walk with bars, restaurants and amenities.

Changeover day
Changeover days are as flexible as can be.

| Living Rooms: | Lounge area has 3-seater and 2-seater leather sofas, one of which turns into a double bed, TV, Sky TV, DVD, Playstation 1 and CD player all situated in a TV unit, coffee table with storage and matching end table. |

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included (excluding beach towels) these can be changed on a weekly basis if required at an extra charge. The villa will be cleaned on arrival. Pool is cleaned twice weekly. |

Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning in all bedrooms and lounge. All bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes with ample storage and draws. The property is suitable for children and families, the pool area is safe and enclosed and has a lifering.
Outside
From the lounge patio doors lead on to patio which then leads down to large private pool area with 8m x 4m pool, 6 sun loungers, patio table with 6 chairs, parasol and BBQ. The pool and patio has lighting all around. There is a carport for keeping your car in the shade. There is also a retractable washing line at the end of the pool area.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is Coral Bay which is just a 5 minute drive or 40 minutes walk. There you will find a fantastic beach with water sports, bars, restaurants, showers and toilets, a fun day out for all. There are plenty of other beaches to visit nearby if you have transport.
Golf
There are three golf courses nearby Aphrodite Hills, Tsada and Secret Valley.
Travel
The nearest airport is Paphos international airport and is 35 minutes away. Car hire is not essential but recommended.
Distances
The village of Peyia is just a 10 minute walk, it has everything you need including bars, restaurants, shops, 2 banks, take aways and a church. For the fitness freaks there is also a gym.
Coral Bay is 5 minutes away and has many bars, restaurants and shops which cater for all.
Paphos is just a 15 minute drive away and has everything you could ever wish for.
Further details
Adonis bath water falls, a winery, baths of Aphrodite, Tombs of the Kings, Paphos castle are just a few of the attractions nearby. There is also go karting and a fair ground nearby. If you fancy a night out in Paphos without driving a taxi will cost between 15 and 25 Euros.
There are also a host of historic sites and other places to visit. Explore, Explore, Explore!
Booking notes
£200 deposit (non refundable) on booking. Remaining balance to be paid 10 weeks before departure date. Please note once final balance has been paid this is non refundable. A £100 returnable damage deposit is also needed in the form of a cheque with a self addressed envelope. If no damage is caused during your stay then the cheque will be returned within 2 weeks after your arrival home.

I stayed in Villa Florence from the 7-14 October 2008 with 5 others (aged 19 - 25). On arrival the villa and pool was very clean and tidy. The villa is spacious throughout with modern appliances. We found the neighbours friendly and helpful and the owners very friendly and easy to deal with. We had a relaxing week with no problems at all. The weather was great and overall we had a fantastic stay. Not the liveliest of locations but we went for a relaxing break and that is what we got. We found some good restaurants in Coral Bay (10 - 15 euro taxi) and also some good bars. There are bars and shops within walking distance and the neighbours always offered us lifts to the supermarket with was kind and helpful. We didn't hire a car as we were staying in the villa for most of the week but if you are planning on going out and about a lot a car would be useful. The water park in
