The kitchen has been fully fitted with all amenities, including cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and cold water dispenser. The villa is situated a 5 minutes drive from the villages of Çatalköy and Ozankoy and only 15 minutes to the fantastic old harbour town of Kyrenia.

Notes on accommodation
The villa has been furnished to a very high standard to offer quality accommodation at a reasonable price and give you a villa that will allow you to have a relaxing holiday in luxury surroundings. Families are welcome, because of the position of the pool close to the villa we recommend that children are supervised at all times, parents with young children might consider this unsuitable for very young children. The owners are non-smokers and whereas smokers are welcome, the owners respectfully request that guests refrain from smoking in the property, sorry no pets.

Accessibility
The villa has 2 floors and three different levels from the pool area; therefore it may not be suitable for people who are disabled.
Outside
There is a large terrace on the first floor where you can admire the views and sunset. There is another large terrace opening from the lounge which is equipped with a dining table; another dining table is situated by the pool area. Balconies to bedroom 1 and 2. Private overflow swimming pool, balconies, BBQ, newly planted garden including many flowers which are enclosed with attractive stone walls. Large parking area, patios and terraces. Furniture includes 6 sun loungers, parasols, 2 sets large tables and 6 chairs and 2 steamers on the top terrace.
Coast/Beach
There is a selection of beaches within very close distance of the property all with excellent amenities. Acapulco and Escape beaches are approx 20 mins drive. The Turtle beach with its famous turtle preservation project is to the east of Catalkoy and is well worth a visit, especially if you have children; the egging season of these sea-turtles is from mid-May until mid-October, you could also visit Alagadi Beach where you can share this unique event.
Golf
15 mins drive from the new 18 hole Golf course at Esentepe.
Skiing
Winter skiing in the Troodos Mountains in Southern Cyprus.
Travel
Ercan airport is the closest airport (30 mins by car) but you can also come via Larnaca from Southern Cyrpus. Car hire is essential to make the most of your holiday and explore the area.
Distances
Nearest supermarket is about 1km away. The beautiful old harbour of Kyrenia with its ancient castle, excellent harbour side restaurants and bars are about a 15 min drive away. Kyrenia is also a good town to browse around the local shops and stop for a drink or two, Nicosia is about 30 mins by car and Famagusta is about 1½ hour by car. Taxis are readily available and quite cheap to use, however we would recommend the use of a hire car while staying at the villa. Times are approximate.
Further details
The villa has been tastefully furnished with local craftsmanship hand painted furniture. The pool, garden and villa are fully managed by a local company who will be contactable throughout your stay. There are many places to eat out in the surrounding villages, beaches and mountains. Girne/Kyrenia abounds with places to dine or pause for drinks and the harbour is as delightful as its reputation foretells. Historic Famagusta and the remote Karpas peninsular are terrific excursions.
Booking notes
Please book by email, letter or telephone. Payments by cheque. Deposit of 25% with booking, and balance 2 months before departure. Returnable deposit of £200 to cover damage or breakages. Deposits are non refundable unless dates are re-let.
