These new luxurious apartments are situated next to each other in this stunning gated complex in the traditional village of Pyla. These apartments are furnished to an exceptionally high standard and include everything required for a self-catering holiday. Both apartments have air conditioning and private west facing gardens with dining and lounging furniture. Situated perfectly for a relaxing holiday around a stunning swimming pool, yet in a perfect position for visiting beautiful award winning beaches near by. Approximately 12 minutes walk from the historical village of Pyla which has restaurants, bars and tavernas, 4km from the famous Dhekelia Road. 15 minutes by car from the cosmopolitan town of Larnaca.
Accessibility
Complex is suitable for wheelchair users with lifts to all floors.
Outside
Brand new large shared landscaped, heated swimming pool, with sun loungers (free). Both apartments have balconies with extensive views, patio table and chairs are also included. Many benches are located around the complex for relaxing times.
Coast/Beach
5 mins drive to the lovley sandy Pyla Beach and restaurants/bars.
The distance is 2km (2000 meters) so within walking distance as well. A good selection of watersports are available from here.
Bars, Shops, Restaurants and Marina nearby in Pyla.
Golf
There are numerous golf course around the area all within a 30 min drive away.
Cyprus is the new jewel in the crown for golfers seeking golfing breaks in the warmth of the eastern Mediterranean. It offers golfers challenging world-class championship courses, safety, warm hospitality and almost year round sunshine.
Skiing
For those who are looking for a bit of skiing in the winter months, the Troodos mountains are approx 45 mins away by car.
Travel
Larnaca is the nearest Airport (7 kilometers away) or a 15 min drive. Car hire is recommended but not essential. Brand new for 2009. From 1st May - 31st October there will be a new shuttle bus service from Pyla Palms village down to Pyla beach front and shops - also goes on to Larnaca and back - an evening service also available. Weekly passes can be bought as well. So in reality no car hire is required - unless of course you want to travel further afield!

Pyla Village (traditional) 200m. Larnaca 7km. Troodos mountains 45 mins by car. Ayia Napa 30km.

Pyla Resort is a brand new holiday venue, built by one of the leading developers in Cyprus! The location is an ideal base, for all of the main Dive centres, and if you fancy a bit of skiing in the winter months the Trudos Mountains are only a short drive away. Pyla Resort has been built as a retreat, for those who like the peace and tranquillity of being hidden from the crowds, being a gated community you will be surrounded only by people of like minds, and invited guests. The Resort itself has a brand new huge swimming pool, in lovely landscaped gardens, for the more energetic out there, there is a fully equipped tennis court and facilities all available from Pyla 1 just up the road. Please note the TV is really for DVD use only. There is a DVD hire shop in pyla village, where you can rent all of the latest DVDs.

"Lovely apartment, great pool, best to have a car, but if you dont then you can use the bus service from the village - very friendly driver and he will pick you up from the end of the road. Do go into the village and meet the locals the are exremley friendly and helpful. Thanks for the use of your luxury apartment the weather was fab!"

We enjoyed 10 days of peace and tranquility with the added bonus of excellent weather. The apartment fully met our expectations, and we enjoyed the delights of Cyprus, eating at many of the local restuarants on the Dhekelia Road. Try the TEX MEX for something different or the Fish and Chip shop at the Army base (the best chippy on the island)

Hello there - I have owned these from new (2 yrs ago) the apartments are designed to be very very clean and tidy and are really well looked after and have all the mod cons! We do not attract younger crowds of people and are really all about the peace and quite of lovely Cyprus and a beautiful gated village.
I'm 34 years of age and I work in customer services - so know how to treat people and know what people are looking for in this type of environment - the apartments are professionally cleaned every week and always spick and span! I have extensive knowledge about Cyprus and this area in particular so please ask any questions you may have - I have contacts in the car hire arena and can often get you some better rates than on the web. Any questions just ask.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Pyla - is a lovely traditional village that has yet to be spoilt by over development - there are many tavernas and eateries within walking distance and the complex is never over crowded - and sometimes you could hear a pin drop - my idea of heaven!
Remoteness from the crowds but not that far away from the nightlife if that is what you are after - for a couple of nights at least!
