Hesperides is a new luxury development that has just been completed (May 2007). The air-conditioned apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathooms, a large reception/dining room, and large kitchen. It is on the 2nd floor and has a corner position, giving all rooms plenty of light. There is a lift and underground parking. The main bedroom and reception rooms both have patios doors onto the large balcony which looks over the main swimming pool. The other 2 bedrooms each have a small balcony. The apartment has been furnished to a high standard and has satellite TV for UK BBC and ITV channels. There are 2 swimming pools with adjacent changing/shower areas. Hesperides is centrally located between the old town, the harbour area and the Tombs of the Kings. There is a convenience store just a few minutes walk away and most other amenities are within a 15-20 minute walk. There are 3 golf courses nearby; further afield there are the Troodos mountains and the Akamas peninsula to explore.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed and patio doors onto the main balcony. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have two single beds and small balconies. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and plenty of cupboard space. |

Bedroom 1 has en-suite with bath and shower over, plus a WC and handbasin. There is then a seperate bathroom which also has a bath with shower over, a WC and handbasin. |
| Kitchen: |
The kitchen, which has plenty of worktop space and cupboards, has an electric cooker and hob, fridge freezer and a washing machine. There is also a microwave, kettle and toaster. |
| Living Rooms: |
The air-conditioned lounge/dining room has a 3-seat and a 2-seat leather sofa, coffee table, and glass-fronted cabinet. There is a flat screen TV (UK channels BBC 1 & 2, ITV, Channels 4 and 5) with DVD/CD player. There is a dining table with 6 chairs. |

Special interest holidays
Walking in the Akamas Peninsula, and in the Troodos mountains (and skiing there in the winter months!). Scuba diving is very popular.
Travel
Paphos airport is just 15km away. Car hire useful but far from essential.
Distances
It's about a 15-20 minute walk to both the Old Town and the harbour area with it's shops, restaurants and nightlife.
