Cleaning service is on-site situated in Block E. The apartment will be cleaned before and after every rental. Should you be staying for 2 weeks or more a mid clean can be arranged. Towels and linen will be provided. |

Accessibility
The complex is completely wheelchair friendly, lifts are available and in full working order. There are disabled toilets in the block and by the poolside and a covered car parking space alloted for the apartment.
Outside
There is a large balcony (10sq/m) furnished with a table and chairs. It makes the perfect area for watching the sunset on the evening whilst enjoying a relaxing end to your day.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful and award winning Pyla beach is around a 2 mile drive away with a variety of watersports available and some fantastic 4+5 star hotels on the sea front which can be used and is very easy to find from the complex (maps will be provided!)
Special interest holidays
There is a host of water sports on Pyla beach, including para-gliding, jet skis and many more. These can be obtained via the Golden Bay Beach Hotel, or the Palm Beach hotel on the Dekelia Road. There is also a ten-pin bowling complex on the Dekelia Road, only a short drive from the apartment.
Travel
The apartment is approx 20 mins drive from Larnaca airport (a straight forward journey) again directions will be provided.
Paphos airport is an alternative and is approx an hour and a half away.
Low cost airlines now fly to Larnaca (Monarch, Excel, Thomson etc). Car hire is not essential, but is highly recommended. Cypriot Road systems are identical to the UK. Right Hand Drive vehicles there are also local car and scooter hire available, and taxi services should you not wish to hire a car.
Distances
Larnaca town centre is around a 15 minute drive.
Ayia Napa resort is approx a 20 minute drive.
The dekelia road is a short 5 minute drive from the complex,with plenty of bars and restaurants.
Pyla village tavern is a very short walk from the complex and the supermarket around a 5 minute walk.
Ayia napa waterpark is a 15 minute drive also off the main motorway into Ayia Napa directions to all the above will be provided in the welcome pack!
Further details
The apartment is only a stones throw from an excellent local village tavern and supermarket and a short drive away from supermarkets, shops, banks, car hire, bureau de change, bowling complex etc.
The local restaurants are plentiful with a range of excellent cuisine. Should you like to try some local food there are many options, or maybe something a little more familiar such as Chinese, Indian, European or of course pizza hut! Having the benefit of some very nice local bars you have the option of having a very relaxing holiday, or taking a trip down the road to Ayia Napa (20km/12m) to explore your wild side.
If you like to discover your surroundings in the local area, then there are many archaeological sites, museums and art galleries in the town centre.
Booking notes
There is a meet and greet service available at a cost of around £15CYP, which includes clients being met at the airport and taken to the complex.
A £100 security deposit will be required at the time of booking to secure the dates requested,this will be returned once the necessary checks are made to the property and the keys returned.
Full balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday.
Keys and gate codes with a welcome pack with all relevant info for your holiday will then be sent out.
