Villa Daisie is a brand new villa occupying a corner plot, with private pool, set in the rural village of Konia, close to Paphos centre. Comprises of large sitting room with open fireplace, arch to fully fitted kitchen. Patio doors lead onto the pool and patio area, which is set in beautiful gardens with fruit trees, and our very own palm tree. Marble staircase leads to 1st floor accommodation. The villa is fully air conditioned and heated.

Changeover day
The villa will be available from 3pm on the day of your arrival, and must be vacated by 11:am on the day of your departure. However if there are no bookings on the same day we may be more flexible. There is a small charge.

| Kitchen: | Fully fitted kitchen with double sink unit and marble worktops. Cooker, washing machine,ironing facilties, fridge/freezer, microwave, plenty of cupboards etc. Dining table seats 8. |
| Living Rooms: | Tastefully furnished living room, with settees and chairs,to relax in comfort. coffee table, TV and DVD. player, sky and satellite TV. and music system.Also a selection of DVDs and books for guests. Open brick fireplace looks stunning with candles lit. |
| Other: | A cot/highchair etc. can be provided on request at an extra cost. Safety deposit box is provided. We also provide hairdryers. Sorry but no pets please. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and bed linen are supplied (not beach towels). The towels and laundry are changed once a week. |
Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning or heating, which is in all rooms, is included in the price. Except in winter when heating is extra. This is a no smoking villa, although smoking is allowed outside. We supply a basic welcome pack, but if there is anything you would like providing for your arrival, please let us know. Please note We do not accept same sex groups.

Accessibility
As we have a downstairs double bedroom, and shower room, we feel that access by wheelchair could be possible. The only step we have is from the patio area onto the side of the pool.
Outside
Outside are mature landscaped gardens, which include fruit trees and boasts its own palm tree. At night it is stunning when the outside lights are on. The private pool is not overlooked, due to the corner position and there are several sun loungers and umbrellas. The large patio area is well equipped with patio furniture and a BBQ. You can enjoy a glass or 2 of wine as you watch the sun setting over the sea from the upstairs balconies, which also have tables and chairs.
There is private parking at the villa.
Coast/Beach
5 min by car will take you to all the main beaches in Paphos, where you will find all water sports. If you prefer a more secluded beach there are several situated on the island. Both close to Konia or further up the coast. Sea caves is a beautiful small beach with Taverna just past the busy Coral Bay, which is 20 mins drive.
Golf
Paphos Tsada, Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley golf courses are very conveniently situated approx 20 mins away.
Skiing
Troodos Mountains are very popular for ski-ing in the winter months - December to February. This is also a lovely area for walking.
Special interest holidays
There are one or two local artists in the area, and near sea caves is where you may find them, painting the stunning views and area, or you may wish to try yourelf.
Travel
Paphos international airport is only 15 mins drive away, and is currently being updated. The use of a car is recommended at the villa and arrangements for a car to be collected at the airport can be arranged with all car hire companies or on arrival at the airport.
Distances
Within walking distance to the centre of the village where you will find a bank, local shops, tavernas and wonderful local restaurants and take away. 6km to nearest beach, 10 mins to centre of Paphos and all main attractions, harbour, tavernas, shops, restaurants. Trudos Mountains is approx 3/4 hour drive. Coral By is 20 mins drive away.
Further details
Konia is a very friendly village where you will receive a warm welcome from the locals, at the coffee shop where you can get 1/2 pint of wine for £1, or coffee if you prefer. or at the popular Konia Tavern, where booking is highly recommended, you can sample the local dishes and more food than most people can finish!! At the local shops you can purchase most items you need, but several supermarkets are within 5 mins drive away. There are several sports facilities a short drive away, go karting is very popular, or for the children a water park and Bird Park are also close by. Weddings in Cyprus are very popular. Many weddings take place at the Town Hall, which is a 5 mins drive away. The Villa is a perfect hideaway for a honeymoon, or an ideal location for your wedding party.
Booking notes
A 30% non refundable deposit is required to confirm booking. The balance and £100 refundable security deposit to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of departure subject to inventory/breakage check. A meet and greet service is available if required.
