French doors overlook the pool. The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, cooker/hob, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board with a door opening to the back garden. Disable access. Hall leading to shower room with wc and basin. Double bedroom with twin beds and fitted wardrobes. Doors lead to veranda and gardens. This villa has a swimming pool which in my opinion is child friendly as they can gradually walk down the steps

Accessibility
The villa is perfectly suited for wheelchair users. Who can use lounge, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and balcony which are all on ground level. The driveway leading to the villa is right outside the property, leading to the above facilities. Bus service.

Coast/Beach
The Coral Bay area is famous for its beautiful golden sandy beaches. It is surrounded by banana plantations which give a exotic and tropical touch to the area. Approx 3 miles away. 5 mins in car.
2-3 miles to (St Georgios Bay) Ayios Georgios Bay a quiet fishing bay with sea caves, a fresh fish restaurant boasting spectaular views. A byzantine church a small archeological site fantastic views to Acamas peninsula lovely walks ,swimming etc. Nearby there is a theme park Bird Paradise for a day
Golf
Golf course situated in Stada a near by village.
Skiing
Excelent swimming and water sport facilities in nearby Coral Bay golden sandy beach.
Water divers can explore the coast line with its many sea caves and interesting landscape.
Special interest holidays
Horse riding facility within 500 yards. They provide opportunity for morning and evening riding along Coral Bay beach. Go-karting also within a mile. Young children's with perents play ground in Coral Bay. Many water sports are available on Coral Bay beach. Jet skiing, banana boats, paragliding, snorkelling, pedalos etc.
The caretaker of the villa lives locally and can provide first hand information re car hire, taxi to and from airport best local hot spots and of course assist you as need be.
Travel
Paphos airport 20 mins drive. We can arrange pick up in taxi to villa and back to airport (to be paid locally). Car hire is not essential but would provide opportunities to visit surrounding areas. We can also help secure car hire if requested.
within two mins walk there is abus service to St Georgios Bay, Coral Bay and Pafos.
North of the villa is Peyia village with traditional cafes, restaurants, supermarket.
North of Peyia is a small pine forest for walks, picnics and spectacular views.
Distances
Paphos airport 30 mins drive. Larnaka airport allow 2 hrs.
The villa is whithin 3 miles radius of Coral Bay, Peyia village and Ayios Georgios Bay.
15 miles to Pafos, with cultural and historical sites, souvenir shops supermarket Debenhams.
20 miles to Polis, Latchi, Aphrodites baths.
Allow 1 hr to Chisssoyioratissa monastry
1/2hr Ayios Neophytos.
The Tombs of the Kings, Pafos castle, mosaics, church of Ayia Paraskevi are in Paphos.

The countryside around the Coral Bay and Pafos area ranges from raggy coastlines to the beautiful sundy beaches mountains and loca villages.
Akamasis Conservation area the western most point of the island and is an outstanding area of natural beauty with a stunning array of flora,wildlife Please note you will need a four wheel drive to explore beyond Lara village
Ayios Neophytos Monastyr is absolutly beatiful short drive away giving you an idea of the landscape of Tsadas range of mountains and beutiful villages nesting in its slopes
Troodos Mountain range is further away you must allow plenty of time if visiting maybe a day
In Chlorakas village on the Pafos Road is Papantoniou Supremarket offering absolutly everything: Bakery buchery Fish counter childrens milk nappies off license fruit and vegetables delicatesen counter
almost next to it there is a take away shop with rotissery and lokal dishes
My sister and her husband live locally so they can assist you if needed.
