All studios are spacious, nicely furnished, spotlessly clean units, in an open plan area with kitchenette and separate bathroom. Each unit has its own individual balcony with picturesque views of the mountains, sea and/or pool area. Living/sleeping area also includes split air-conditioning/heating units regulated by guests, telephone and directory, satellite TV,safety box, dining table and chairs with an additional small table and two outside chairs for the balcony. Bathrooms include shower in bath, water closet and wash basin. Kitchenettes have mini oven/grill, small fridge/freezer, 2 ring stove,toaster & kettle and sufficient cooking utensils to make an enjoyable meal. Each of the studios includes twin-beds (large singles), 2 bedside tables and dressing table with hairdryer. This type of unit sleeps a max of 3 persons with a camp bed or cot being provided for the third persons’ sleeping arrangements. Maid service every two days. Linen & towels are changed every 4th day.

Accessibility
This complex is suitable for wheelchair access. Ramps have been positioned for ease of access to the surrounding areas. Bathroom doors are wide enough for wheelchairs to pass through. In the reception area, disabled toilets are also provided. Ground floor apartments are most suitable as no lift is available.

The complex encases one 12m x 5m freshwater communal swimming pool and a childrens swimming pool in the midst of stunning gardens where you can sit & relax and a childrens play area, along with reception, a bar and a restaurant. Free use of sunbeds & umbrellas. You just provide your towels.
All apartments have private balconies with 2 outdoor chairs and a table.

Coast/Beach
The nearest rocky / pebbley beach can be found just a 10min walk away down the banana plantations towards the coastal road.
For the best sandy beach we have the famous Coral Bay beach which is approx a 10min drive. You can also catch the bus that picks up from the costal road every 20mins and costs approx 70cents per person.

It offers golfers challenging world-class championship courses, safety, warm hospitality and almost year round sunshine. There are currently three golf courses within a short drive of Paphos. Aphrodite Hills Golf Club - This spectacular golf course really puts Cyprus on the golfing map.Its fantastic condition provides for a great golfing experience. Car hire would be recommended for traveling to the other towns but there are plenty of excursions readily available.

Distances
Hadjiantoni Anna Hotel Apartments are located 7kms west of the town of Pafos in the village of Kissonerga. Kissonerga village sits just above the junction between the main Kato Pafos - Coral Bay coastal road and the Coral Bay – Pafos town road. You only need to take a 5min stroll to access the village. Coral Bay will take you approx a 10min car drive.

Further details
The village of Kissonerga was built in the middle ages as an agricultural estate, although remains have been found of even earlier civilisations. It is a centre for banana plantations and is just off the coastal road with sea views.You only need to take a 5min stroll to access all amenities the friendly community of the village has to offer. Mini-markets, an ATM bank, pharmacy, coffee shops, post office, bookshop, internet café, churches, florist, hairdressers, a village inn and restaurants all can be found. Car hire is advisable but if you decide to use the public transport you can take a 15min bus ride from the coastal road, to either the famous sandy Coral Bay beach (5km) or go in the opposite direction and discover the town or tourist area of Pafos (7km). Within a short distance you have access to cycling, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, paragliding, sailing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing, wind-surfing, Glass bottom boats, ten pin bowling, cinema, go-karting, mini golf centre, rambling, bird watching and botany,archaeological sites, bird & snake park.
The town centre can be found 6kms away and you will find lots of bargains on leather, lace, tablecloths and tourist goods as well as very fresh local produce.
Look beyond the beach, and you'll also discover that this town - a UNESCO World Heritage site - embraces a wide sweep of Cyprus's history. According to legend the birthplace of the Greek Goddess of Love, Aphrodite. You do not have to travel far to find history. Ancient ruins, which encompass theatres, temples and sanctuaries, tombs and entire towns. From Neolithic sites or Roman mosaics, Cyprus is an open-air museum to behold.
Why not go up to Troodos mountains during the winter months to do a little skiing and then drive back into Pafos for a swim in the sea! There are not many places where you can do this!
