Built in 2006, the Villa is ideally situated to the west of Kyrenia town (15 minutes by car) with its many bars and restaurants. The village of Alsancak is just a 5 minute walk away offering a mix of restaurants and smaller local shops. The Villa is situated on a private road with a mix of detached Villas, semi-detatched houses and apartments. The Villa offers the exclusive use of the private pool - ideal for alfresco dining. It also comes equipped with air conditioning to all bedrooms and the living room. There are two bedrooms with double beds (one with en suite shower room) and one with twin beds. A TV is provided with Playstation II to entertain both young and old alike! The system also plays DVDs for more relaxing moments. The TV does NOT however show local or Sky programs. Both washing and dishwashing machines are provided. The BBQ is positioned near to the swimming pool terrace.

The Villa is 1.5 miles inland. Escape beach with its many watersports is just 5 minutes away by car. Escape beach also has evening bars and disco. The less commercialised Karsiyaka beach is 15 minutes in the opposite direction.
