Very quiet but also few minutes walking distance (300m) to Coral Bay centre where you can find shops, restaurants, bars, banks, supermarkets, amusing park for kids, internet cafe, disco, carting etc. Coral Bay sandy beach is also 300 meters away, most water sports are available. This villa is recently renovated and refurnished, surrounded by mature gardens. The private pool area is another attraction, very private not overlooked by any other properties. If you fancy a night in you can enjoy our Sky satellite full package with hundreds channels available. Coral Garden is neighbouring with our villas - Coral Cypria, Iliana 2 bed and Iliana 3 bed. All private with private pools, making them ideal for weddings and groups and for those like drinking without worrying about driving. Very popular choice!

Prices are per villa per week in Euros including a 5 seater car available on arrival at the airport by our car people or at the villa if you wish. Transfers can be arranged at extra cost. If you wish we can exclude the car at the reduction of 250 euros, all cars are with a/c, free extra drivers, baby seats and boosters and roof racks are available at the free of charge, third party insurance included. Free welcome pack.
Changeover day
Preferred change over day is Wednesday, check in time any time after 1400 pm, check out time 1200 midday but if we have no arrival you can stay longer at no extra charge.
