Outside
The private pool is 5x9m with walk in steps and pool lights. Surrounding the pool are hard wood sunloungers and parasols.
Golf
There is an 18 hole golf course at local forces base approximately 6km away, passes can be arranged.
Skiing
Skiing is available in the winter months in the Troodos mountains. The Cyprus ski club possess four ski lifts. Two of them are in the north face of Mount Olympus. One is 350m long and the other is 500m long. The other two ski lifts are at Sun Valley, south of Olympus and are 150m long.
Travel
The nearest airport is Larnaca, 35mins by car/taxi. The villa is a 5min walk to Nissi Avenue. Here you will find the supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, gift shops, beaches. So a car is not essential, but recommended to experience the beauty of Cyprus.
Distances
The town of Paralimni is 5km away. Here you will find the large supermarkets where you can find everything you need and they sell the same food brands as back home. 2km to Ayia Napa square where you will find a vast array of pubs and night clubs. 2km to the world famous waterpark, 1km to Nissi Beach.
Further details
All bedrooms have hair dryers, straightners, curling tongs, bath robes, dressing gowns all for your comfort and gives you that extra space in your suitcase. Air-con units are charged for at the rate £4 per unit per day (5 units) also £50 will be charged for the use of the hot tub. The hot tub will be cleaned and filled with fresh water if you choose to use. Thank you. Please note hot tub only available November-May(Winter months only).
Booking notes
A deposit of 20% is required when booking. The balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to date of departure. Please do remember that Villa Francesca is our home on the island of cyprus and we hope you will look after it as well as your own.
We would also like a bond of 20% this will be returned to you as soon as the villa has been inspected for damages or breakages due to neglegence although we understand accidents happen, thank you for your understanding on this matter. No all male/female groups.
