Located on the outskirts of the charming little hilltop village of Droushia (also called Drouseia) this new 2 bedroom villa enjoys magnificent views across the entire Chrysochous Bay. Terrace, patio gardens with sunbeds, umbrellas and furniture, private pool (8x4m) pool with Roman steps, pool shower and a brick BBQ, set in a private cul-de-sac. Only a 10 minutes walk from local tavernas and a 10 minute drive to the beach. It offers the chance to experience traditional Cypriot village life in a little discovered part of Cyprus.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. The rental rates above are based on up to 4 guests sharing. For a 5th and/or 6th guest (utilising the sofa bed) simply add a weekly supplement of £50 per person per week. Air conditioning is an extra CY£3 per unit per day payable locally - 10% discount if paid for in advance at time of booking.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible although we do ask guests to vacate by 11am on day of departure and for arriving guests the villa is available from 2pm onwards.

Outside
Outside there is an 8x4m private pool (with Roman steps not ladder), BBQ area, covered parking, patio area's, sun loungers and umbrellas, patio furniture, shrubs, trees and flowers.
Coast/Beach
The village which only has a population of just over 400 and where life has gone on unchanged for generations is full of character and offers the visitor the opportunity to experience true Cypriot village hospitality. It also has a handful of very good traditional tavernas and a small shop. Alternatively you can drive the 10-15 minutes or so to the small fishing village of Latchi with its picturesque harbour and fine seafood restaurants or the 'Blue Flag' beach at Polis.
Travel
Paphos international airport is a 45 min drive away. Car hire easily available from the airport or locally is highly recommended. Please contact us for further details.
Distances
Droushia (also called Drouseia) with its narrow winding streets and traditional stone houses is 27km from Paphos and 10km inland from Polis and Latchi which both have decent beaches and tavernas.
Further details
Kathikas with its winery and a couple of good tavernas is a 5 mins drive inland.
Booking notes
A deposit of 25% of the rental is required at the time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks prior to arrival.
