Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible, please enquire as this is subject to the villa availability. Note that on back-to-back bookings the apartment must be vacated at 10am by departing guests and will be available from 4pm for arriving guests to allow for cleaning.

| Bathrooms: | The en-suite bathroom features walk-in shower, wash basin and wc. Main guest bathroom includes wc, bath with shower over and wash basin. An additional downstairs cloakroom features wash basin and wc. |
| Kitchen: | The fully fitted kitchen features built-in hob and extractor fan, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. A built-in wine rack over the fridge is ideal for storing those bottles of vintage Cypriot grape. |
| Living Rooms: | The living area features 2 large leather sofas and resting unit, whilst the dining area offers stunning views over the pool terrace and beyond. Also features large flat screen HD TV with full UK Sky TV and home cinema kit. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
A welcome pack is included on arrival, and can be tailored to individual guest requirements. The villa is cleaned regularly and includes bed linen plus towel change once a week, midweek linen changes can be arranged at extra cost. |

A safety deposit box in each room and coded key-box are provided for security. All main rooms feature air-conditioning and ceiling fans to maintain a comfortable room temperature indoors whatever the time of year.

Accessibility
May be unsuitable for people with mobility problems as all bedroom accommodation is at 1st floor level, and the pool area is only accessible via the garden steps.

Coast/Beach
Nearest beach around 1.5km by car. At Petra Tou Romiou (Aphrodite's Rock) there are basic facilities with small taverna adjacent the beach. At Pissouri there are water sports on offer including parascending and jet-skiing. The Paphos area is served by numerous beaches, the best of which is at Coral Bay, an 8km drive west of Paphos and well worth a visit.
Golf
The villa is a 2 mins drive from the Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills courses, Tsada Golf can be reached in around 35 mins.

Nearest airport is Paphos International airport, 10 mins drive from the villa.
Distances
Kouklia village is a 5 min drive away boasting excellent tavernas. The 5 star Aphrodite Hills Golf resort is also 5 mins away offering restaurants, bars, shops and spa facilities. Pissouri is 15 minutes away, excellent beach, plus shops and numerous restaurants. Paphos resort and town is around 20 mins away.
Further details
Nearby Kouklia village is a wonderful traditional Cypriot village with a small number of tavernas and shops where you can buy provisions. The best of these is probably ‘Thanasis Place’ where you can enjoy good food plus traditional live music and dancing on a Saturday. Kouklia is also of cultural interest as it is home to the ‘Sanctuary of Aphrodite’ which is worth a visit. Around 20km away, Paphos is split into 2 distinct areas, the old town (Ktima) on the hill being a vibrant market town retaining much of the traditional Cypriot charm and character, whilst the port area of Kato Paphos is distinctly more tourist orientated with an array of bars, clubs and restaurants. The harbour is a wonderful place to relax over lunch and a drink with wonderful views of the coastline and the Mediterranean sea. The Paphos area is served by numerous beaches, the best of which is at Coral Bay with excellent amenities and well worth a visit. Cultural sites include the Harbour and Medieval Fort, Paphos Mosaics and the Tombs of the Kings. Nearest beaches are at Petra Tou Romiou or ‘Aphrodite’s Rock’ and Pissouri where watersports are on offer, including water skiing, parascending and jet skiing. There are also numerous tavernas and shops available. For an evening out there are some excellent restaurants on offer in the old village. Around 30 minutes drive away to the east on the A6 expressway is Limassol – a big town excellent tourist amenities, and large shops and department stores. Other places of interest include Latchi and Polis to the North West, Kykko Monastery, Akamas National Park and the Troodos Mountains.

Note: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. Booking reservations will be held for 3 days. A deposit of 25% of the full rental price is required to be paid to secure the booking and is non refundable. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to your holiday. Full payment will be required for late booking reservations made within 8 weeks of holiday departure. All bookings require a £200 refundable security deposit.
