Larnaca airport is a 10 minute drive. Taxi approx cy£5.
Distances
Larnaca is well placed for touring Cyprus. Ayia Napa and Protaras is approx 45 minutes by car. Nicosia is about 40 minutes away and Limassol 1 hour.
Further details
Larnaca's best fish tavernas are right on the doorstep. The area has numerous bars and restaurants and there is a small supermarket. The Finikoudhes promenade is about 15 minutes walk. Here there is a wide beach and lots of bars, restaurants and shops. Larnaca's salt lake is close by, home to thousands of migrating flamingos in the spring and to the Hala Sultan Tekke mosque, one of Islams most holy spots.
