Notes on accommodation
DVDs, a PlayStation 2 and games are left for entertainment during your stay. A highchair for attaching to the dining room chairs is provided. Stylish ceiling fans have fitted to the 2 bedrooms.
Outside
The villa has private landscaped gardens with colourful plants and also lemon and orange trees. 2 patio areas and also has a roof terrace. Outside patio furniture, along with sun beds and gas barbecue. The complex has 2 swimming pools. A small pool for the children and the largest pool is 17 x 7m and is 6 feet at the deepest end and 3 feet at the shallow end. The pool area has a large sunbathing area and sunbeds, parasols and a pool side shower are provided for your use.
Coast/Beach
The coast line around Ayia Napa and Protaras has many blue flag beaches with the most famous being Nissi Beach in Napa and Fig Tree Bay in Protaras, there are also a number of beautiful small coves such as Konnos Bay, offering safe swimming for children. Many offer water sports, scuba diving and are ideal for snorkeling. There are many coastal paths if you fancy a stroll to the bars and restaurants surrounding the beaches.
Travel
Larnaca International Airport is approx 27 miles away which takes about 35 mins on the motorway. You may also want to consider flying in to Paphos airport as the cost of flights are generally cheaper than Larnaca.

New for the 2011 season,we have included the use of our car with the villa. The car is a Mitsubishi Space Star,it a a 5 door hatchback which is really easy to drive and comes with a host of features including: Air-conditioning, Electric sunroof, Electric windows, Electric mirrors, Power steering, ABS brakes, Manual gearbox, Driver and passenger airbags, Alarm with immobiliser. Included with the car is : fully comprehensive insurance for any driver over 25 and under 70 years of age. Transfers for 4 people from Larnaca airport ( 2 week stay only) one week bookings are priced at 60 euros return. Please note failure to produce a Valid full UK diving license will result in use of the car being withdrawn and no refunds will be given,either full or partial. Please note the car is a UK car that is to be shipped to Cyprus in January ready for the 2011 season,the car has just undergone a full major service with all belts changed and new tyres so the car is in the best possible condition both mechanically and bodywork, if you have any queries just email me and I can answer any questions you may have. The stretch of coastline has some stunning scenery and secluded bays to explore. Gape Greco National Park is popular with divers. The village contains several tavernas, supermarkets, bakery and a variety of shops. Unlike the coastal resorts that close and become empty in the winter this is a residential village that remains open all year long and is an ideal location for anybody wishing to spend the summer or winter months in Cyprus. The village has a market every weekend. Ayia Napa Waterpark is a fantastic day out for the whole family and is about 10 minutes away by car.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit wil be required upon confirmation of your booking (non-refundable on cancellation) and settlement will be due within 8 weeks of departure. A £200 breakage deposit is to be paid 8 weeks prior to travel and will be refunded after inspection of the villa by the key holder. Strictly no smoking in the property. Bookings accepted by over 21's only, no same sex groups.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Hi, we bought our villa in Liopetri because we wanted to experience "real Cyprus" and that is what we got. We make use of the facilities in the village a lot during our visits, from the weekly market to the restaurants and bars. The villa is situated in a part of the village,where in the adjacent fields, the local farmers grow the famous Cyprus potatoes and can be seen being hand picked by the farmers.
Unique benefits of the property
We love the location of the villa because it offers very easy access to the surrounding villages and towns, Frenaros, Derinyha, Xylophagou and Paralimni, also the major resorts of Ayia Napa and Protaras are just a short drive away. The villa is situated on a complex that is home to residential and holiday makers alike, we have made many friends here and everyone is very friendly and helpful.
