They are all fully furnished including freezers, microwaves, washing machines, dvd players and televisions. All have private swimming pools which are set in individual private garden areas are are complete with sunloungers, umbrellas and barbeque grill.

Notes on accommodation
The villas are fitted with air-con in all bedrooms. Other facilities include TV, DVD, CD, baby cot, high chairs, private driveways, barbeque grills, bed linen and towels provided, maid service once a week if required, hair dryer, iron/board and sofa bed.
Outside
Large balconies with each villa complete with table and chairs. Private swimming pools 9m x 5m with sunloungers, umbrellas, side tables and barbeque grills.
Coast/Beach
Coral Bay beach is 10 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive from these villas. With activities such as jet ski, water ski or paragliding or perhaps just swim in the clear waters or sunbathe.
Golf
Tsada Golf Club is located 550 metres above sea level so the temperature is cool for playing at any time of year. This golf club is approximately 30 minutes from Illiadas villas. Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills Golf Clubs are also superb courses but booking is advised.
Skiing
Illiadas Villas are approximately 1 hour from the Troodos Mountains of which Mount Olympus is the highest point 6,400ft. At the mountain you can either ski or snowboard.
Travel
The nearest airport is Paphos International which is approximately 40 minutes drive along the coast.
Distances
The town of Paphos is just 20 minutes drive away. Kato Paphos is 10 minutes drive. Coral Bay and Peyia village are just 5 minutes drive away approximately 10 minutes walk. If you head north in 15 minutes you will be in the Akamas Peninsula which is idea for walking and bird watching.

Located within 5 minutes walk of the villas is a kiosk ideal for soft drinks and snacks.
In Coral Bay there is a huge selection of local and international restaurants and bars, supermarkets, kiosk, taxi rank, banks and cashpoint machines.

Booking deposit is £300 per week. Balance 6 weeks before arrival. A/C usage is included in above price.
