This 2 bedroom villa is located in Ayia Thekla on the coast road approx 4 km from the busy summer resort of Ayia Napa and the beautiful Nisi Beach. This villa has a private pool 10m x 5m. It has an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. There is satellite TV, DVD and a CD player. fully equipped kitchen including microwave, washing machine and water cooler. There is a downstairs cloakroom. The villa is fully air conditioned. Upstairs the 2 double bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes. The bathroom includes a shower, linen and bathroom towels are provided. Outside the private pool has a large tiled patio area with pool shower also barbecue and patio furniture.

Air conditioning/heating available in all rooms at extra cost. The villa is ideal for all families walled grounds and gates for children to play.
Outside
Outside the private pool (10m x 5m) has a large tiled area for soaking up the sun including pool shower, comfortable sun loungers, patio table and chairs with parasol including barbecue.
Coast/Beach
The heart of Ayia Napa is only a 5 mins drive away. The local Ayia Thekla beach is 500m walk away in a beautiful lagoon with bar/restaurant you can hire sun loungers. Protaras is less than 10 mins drive away. The Famous Nisi beach is 5 mins drive.
Golf
There is an 18 hole golf course at the local forces base approx 6km away, passes can be arranged. Also another course in Vikla near Limmasol both are ideal for beginners and handicapped golfers. There are also 3 championship courses in the West of the Island approx 1 1/2 to 2 hours away.
Skiing
Skiing is available in the winter months in the Troodos Mountains. The Cyprus Ski Club possesses 4 ski lifts, 2 are on the north face of Mount Olympus. 1 is 350 long and the other is 500m long the other 2 ski lifts are at Sun Valley South of Olympus and are 150m long.
Travel
Larnaca Airport is only 25 minutes to villa. Car hire is recommended contact the owner for details.
Distances
The town of Paralimni is 6km away. The nearest village is Leopetri 4km away and the Cyprus famous water park is 2km away.
Further details
There is a local supermarket in Ayia Thekla for all your daily needs also in Paralimni you will find shops, banks etc and everything you would expect to find in a town.

A deposit of 20% is required when booking. The balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to date of departure.
