Some 6 kms, brings you to the centre of Protaras with its famous beaches and Fig Tree Bay. This family resort has over 300 bars and restaurants with numerous cuisines to try. Views from Profit Elias Church, overlooking Protaras, never fail to impress. Ayia Napa is 12 kms away with its busy harbour, restaurants, beaches and ancient monastery. More to offer than clubs!

| Kitchen: | The fully fitted kitchen is finished in beech with modern concealed lighting and is equipped with a large fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery, cutlery, etc. A washing machine is also provided. |
| Living Rooms: | A spacious lounge has two modern leather upholstered sofa beds, 1 single and 1 double, with nest of tables. A TV and music system is provided with a DVD player, a small selection of DVDs, tapes and CDs. Curtains cover the patio doors and windows. |

Outside
At the front of the property is a small paved area with small outside table and chairs for two or three. To the side is a driveway with ample car parking space, with a small garden area to the rear, finished in attractive stones. An external shower is also situated at the side. To the rear of the property is a patio area with outside table and 6 chairs, complete with a gas BBQ. Patio doors give access to and from the kitchen and dining area. The patio has the advantage of afternoon shade and overlooks the communal swimming pool and sun lounging area. Changing rooms and showers are situated on one side of the pool.
Coast/Beach
Situated on the coast road, we are fortunate to be close to a number of small sandy coves, the closest being the beautiful ‘Sirena Bay’ and taverna, only 200 metres from the villa. The excellent sandy beach of The Golden Coast hotel and picturesque fishing harbour are 500 metres towards Penera, whilst 300 metres in the opposite direction brings you to another sandy cove. The long sandy blue flag beaches of Protaras, including Fig Tree Bay, are only 6 kms away and served by public transport.
Travel
The closest airport is Larnaca about 55kms away. Transfer by taxi or car hire will take about 45 minutes. A car is not essential for the holiday, as a regular bus stops only 200 metres from the villa, connecting all the local resorts with the main town of Paralimni. However, for those who wish for more freedom, many car hire firms operate from the airport and local towns.
Distances
The villa lies midway between the small resorts of Penera and Kapparis, both about 2 kms away. Beyond Penera is Protaras, a well established resort, which is about 6 kms away. Beyond Protaras is the popular resort and attractions of Ayia Napa, served by an excellent road and lies about 12 kms away. Some 5 kms in the opposite direction is the main town of Paralimni, where all the banks, shops and lively town centre can be found.
Further details
The Protaras district is made up of a small number of communities stretching from the east side of Cape Greco all the way to Kapparis. The contrast is dramatic, from the ever changing, rugged coastline of Cape Greko, to some of the best water-skiing waters in the Med. Konnos Bay has to be the best beach on the island; even the drive down the hillside will have your jaws dropping! Protaras is most famous for beaches, and they stretch for over 10 miles. Fig Tree Bay is one of the best known in the world and well worth a visit. The wide pedestrian walkways with the new one way, road system, lined with trees and water fountains, have transformed Protaras into a stylish resort that is ideal for all ages.
Quieter than Protaras is Penera with a small sheltered sandy bay at the centre. It has developed into a mini resort all of its own. For its size, it also boasts a number of bars and restaurants.
Paralimni is the main town of the area and is a traditional busy Cypriot town offering wonderful churches, shops, bars and restaurants. You will also find the banks and doctors here. Concerts in the amphitheatre and festivals are a regular occurrence in this interesting little town.
Ayia Napa, originally a small fishing village, is now a major tourist centre. The interesting mediaeval monastery dedicated to our Lady of the Forests stands in the centre. Its 16th century church is partially underground, cut into the rock. The hostel, west of the church, belongs to the World Council of Churches. An ancient sycamore tree, in front of the south gate, is believed to be 600 years old.
As well as the fantastic harbour which has plenty of bars and restaurants, there is also one of Europe’s largest water parks nearby which is a perfect way to cool off! The beautiful beach of Nissi Bay is one of many around the area. During the summer months, Ayia Napa challenges as the 'Nightclub Capital of the World' but in the winter the atmosphere is much quieter and more relaxed.
