Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Generous discounts available for lets of 4 weeks or more; please talk to us about your requirements. No supplements for Christmas or New Year. No extra charges for cot or highchair.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Sundays preferred in high season. Arrival is from 4pm and departure is by 10am on day of departure but we can be very flexible on these times should the apartment not be in use immediately prior to or following your stay.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a double bed, very large built-in wardrobes, 2 bedside cabinets with lamps, full length mirror and a dressing table and chair.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds, very large built-in wardrobes, a bedside cabinet, full length mirror and lamp.
Bathrooms: The bathroom has a bath with shower over, basin and toilet. Towels are provided. Large storage cupboard.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, hob and microwave, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, crockery, cutlery and utensils down to the garlic press and bottle opener! Picnic equipment and coolbag also provided.
Living Rooms: The dining area comfortably seats 6. The living area has 2 sofas (one of which is a sofabed). There is a flat screen colour television with DVD player and satellite TV. A selection of DVDs (inc children's), CD's and games are provided.
Other: The large balcony has a table and seating for six and enjoys the morning sun. The garden has two recliners and is perfectly placed to enjoy the afternoon/evening sunshine. There is a safe and a lift.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned prior to and after your stay. All linen is included, as are towels (but not beach towels). Mid-stay cleans can be arranged.

Notes on accommodation
This apartment is suitable for children and has a lift. It is accessed via an intercom system. A highchair and a cot are provided at no extra charge. Through years of experience staying in other holiday homes, we have found that thoughtful extras can really make a difference to your holiday experience. So in our apartment, you will find those little touches such as a cooler bag and ice-packs for picnics on the beach, a hairdryer, bats and balls, DVD's and board games for the children, books and films for the adults. There are maps and guidebooks and a welcome folder packed with local information. We have a local representative available 24 hours a day to assist you.

Accessibility
The complex is suitable for wheelchairs. There is a lift to the apartment and the entrance doors are wide enough. There are disabled toilets in the block and by the poolside.

Outside
There is a large balcony (10sq/m) furnished with table and 6 chairs and faces the sun in the morning. The garden catches the afternoon / evening sunshine and has 2 recliners for you to lie back and watch the sunset with a glass of wine! The apartment is set in spacious grounds with an appealing shared swimming pool which has sun loungers and sun umbrellas. The resort is very quiet and you will often have the pool area to yourself. There is allocated parking.

Coast/Beach
The beautiful and award winning Pyla beach is a couple of minutes away. There are also several beaches at Larnaca. All the nearby beaches are gently shelving making them ideal for children. Recliners and umbrellas are plentiful and the beaches are well served by cafes, restaurants, coffee shops, toilets etc. Watersports are also available. If you do have a car, there are a large number of beaches and coves waiting to be explored in the wider surrounding area.

Skiing
Skiing is available in the Troodos mountains during January and February. Equipment can be hired easily and is reasonably priced.

Travel
The apartment is approx 20 mins from Larnaca airport (a straightforward journey). Paphos airport is an alternative and is approx an hour and a half away. Low cost airlines now fly to Larnaca (Monarch or XL.com) and Paphos (easyJet). Car hire recommended.

Distances
A short stroll to Pyla village (few mins); approx 10-15 minutes to Larnaca (easy journey). 15 mins drive to waterpark.

Further details
The nearby town of Larnaca provides excellent shopping with both high street stores and smaller, traditional cypriot shops. There are many archaeological sites, museums and art galleries in the town. Families are fully catered for, with watersports, diving, horse riding, bowling, a camel park and a waterpark (15 minutes away) among many other things to do. Pyla is ideally situated near the motorway network for exploring the whole island.

Booking notes
£100 rental deposit to secure your booking. The balance of the rental payment plus £100 as a security deposit is required 8 weeks prior to arrival date. The security deposit will be refunded to you subject to a satisfactory property inspection following your stay.
Cancellation refunds: more than 8 weeks in advance of your stay, a full refund will be made less the rental deposit. Within 8 weeks, the owner reserves the right to retain the balance of the rental should it not be possible to re-let.
