Well appointed villa with private pool and garden in the heart of Cyprus's vine-growing district. Completed in summer 2005, Ampeli Villa (Vineyard Villa) is furnished to a high standard in a contemporary style. There are sea views, as the villa is only 200 metres from the beach, with open farmland between the villa and the Mediterranean. The garden benefits from a regular sea breeze, and the villa has air-conditioning. Pissouri Bay has a good range of tavernas and amenities within an easy walk, so car hire is not essential.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Early booking discount: 10 months before rental. Late booking discount: 4 weeks before rental. Discounts are £50 off booking, and apply in March, April, May and October only.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible, depending on availability. The villa is available from 4 pm on arrival, and should be vacated by noon on departure day.

The villa is not suitable for very young children. Strictly no smoking in Ampeli Villa or the garden, please. Bedroom's air-conditioning is included in the rental.

Outside
Private pool 9m x 4m with Roman steps and 1-2m depth. Garden shower. Ample poolside terrace with 6 sunloungers for sunbathing. Secluded private garden with variety of trees, shrubs and colourful plants, together with fruit trees, grape vines and scented climbers. Grassy area, which is often in shade, for family games (provided). Outdoor dining table for 6, under a shady pergola. Pool, garden and terrace lighting for evening use. Gas barbecue. Each bedroom has its own balcony. Bedrooms 1 and 2 face the garden and sea, and have tables and chairs. Bedroom 3 has a mountain-view balcony. The pergola-covered drive has parking for 2 cars.
Coast/Beach
Pissouri Bay is a 2 km sand/shingle 'blue flag' beach offering a variety of water sports and safe bathing monitored by lifeguards. It is a mere 2 minute walk away. Avdimou Bay is a 10 minute drive along the coast.
Golf
Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley championship golf courses are within a 10 minute scenic coastal drive.
Travel
Paphos airport is 20 minutes away via motorway, Larnaca airport is 75 minutes away. Car hire is optional as Pissouri Bay is a self-contained resort, but a car for all or part of your visit enables further exploration.
Distances
Pissouri Village is a 5 minute drive uphill from Pissouri Bay. Paphos and Limassol (with their many historical attractions, water parks, shops, etc) are both 25 minutes drive away. Kourion amphitheatre and mosaics a 15-minute drive.
Further details
Pissouri Bay, and the larger hilltop settlement of Pissouri Village both have traditional music and dancing in weekly 'Cyprus Night' entertainments during the summer. Pissouri Bay has minimarkets, plenty of restaurants, a bank with ATM, car hire, a sports bar, a travel agent, scuba dive centre and day spa.
Booking notes
25% non-returnable deposit required to secure booking. Balance plus £150 security deposit payable 8 weeks before departure. Security deposit will be returned promptly after visit, if no damage or losses. Welcome pack provided on arrival.
