Villa Helena is a 2 year old luxury villa set in the quiet village of Tremithousa. Tremithousa is situated in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The town of Paphos only a 10 minute drive away. There is a 10x5m private swimming pool, surrounded by terraced areas with garden furniture and sun loungers. There are also large gardened areas for relaxing and a barbecue. The fantastic Tsada golf club is only a 10 minute drive away and some of the best beaches in Cyprus is a 15 minute journey.

Notes on prices
All prices quoted are in sterling pounds. Discounts are available for long and winter lets, all prices are negotiable depending on the amount of persons and the length of stay required. Villa Helena is available all year round, and short notice bookings are welcome.

| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully equipped with floor and wall units, ample work surfaces, hob with extraction hood, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron/board and various cooking utensils. |
| Utility Room: | A door from the kitchen leads to the utility room which has a separate sink, storage and a washing machine. |
| Living Rooms: | The villa comprises of a spacious open living room with large sofas, coffee tables, satellite TV, DVD, video and a stereo. The room also features a gas log burner for those not so warm days and nights. |
| Other: | The dining area has a large formal table to seat 8 people, and has 2 sets of patio doors leading out onto a large terrace, that takes full advantage of the panoramic views. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linen and towels are provided, but guests are required to supply their own beach/pool towels. All linen and towels are changed every week. |
Notes on accommodation
The property is fully air-conditioned which can be switched over to heating if the evenings get a bit chilly. The villa is suitable for children, but not unfortunately for wheelchairs as the bedrooms are on the second floor. The water is heated by solar panels, but there is an immersion heater for those occasional winter days.

Accessibility
The villa has not been constucted for wheelchair users, or people requiring special needs.
Outside
The private swimming pool is 10x5m and the water depth at its deepest is 2m. There are roman steps at the shallow end, for children and the elderly. The large garden accommodates covered and open patio areas with ample sun-beds, sun loungers and table and chairs. There is a private drive which can provide secure parking for 4 cars, and with the villa being in a cul-de-sac there is no passing traffic.
Coast/Beach
Coral Bay beaches are a 30 min drive. All kinds of water sports are available including scuba diving, water skiing, power boats, jet skis and banana boats. There are several beaches in this area which are deemed some of the best in Cyprus. The Harbour and other beaches are a 15 min drive away.
Golf
There are three fantastic golf clubs around the Paphos district, Tsada Golf, Secret Valley and Aphrodites Hills. The nearest being Tsada Golf Club, it has a driving range, a putting rink and of course 18 holes surrounded by wonderful scenery. The club house has a restaurant, bars and function suite. Skiing
In the winter months ie. January, February and March skiing takes place in the Troodos Mountains, this is between 45-60 min drive from the villa.
Travel
The nearest airport is Paphos International airport this is a 30 min drive. There are plenty of taxis at the airport anytime day or night. A hire car is essential, as there is no public transport available near the villa, and to see the best of Cyprus you need to drive.
Distances
The centre of Tremithousa is a 10 min walk. The centre of Paphos Town is a 10 min drive. The main harbour and tourist areas are a 15 min drive.
Further details
A 5 min drive will take you to shops, banks and supermarkets without going through the main town centre. Most tourist sights are spread all around the island, so a welcome information pack will be provided on your arrival.

Long lets to be negotiated depending on the time and amount of persons. 15% deposit at the time of booking. Final payment required 6 weeks prior to departure. Bookings taken within 8 weeks of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
