Thalia villa is equipped and furnished to a luxurious standard, all windows and patio doors have been fitted with fly screens as we think that this essential to your comfort! We also believe that you should not incur additional costs; our villa is offered inclusive of air-conditioning charges and includes a generous ‘free’ welcome pack. You can relax on the veranda, sunbathe on comfortable sun beds by the pool and enjoy the large garden with views and numerous fruit tree’s – all in all the perfect holiday villa for all the family! The location is an ideal combination of both sea and mountain, set in the banana groves of St George/Coral Bay. Just a 10 minute walk to some secluded beautiful beach bays popular with scuba diving enthusiasts and bathers alike. A short 3 minute drive to the sandy beach at Coral Bay and only a 2 minute drive to the Sea Caves area. Akamas Forest is a 10 minutes drive away, where you can explore the wildlife and swim at the sunny and lonely beaches.

Changeover day
Flexible with changeover days. Arrival times are 4pm and departure times 10 am. Again we are flexible and are happy to consider all and any special requests.

Notes on accommodation
All rooms are fitted with remote controlled dual air-conditioning/heating units that are inclusive of the published prices. The villa is particularly suitable for children as it has a large part lawned garden and can be secured by gates. The swimming pool has roman steps and a hand rail to assist those not so confident swimmers, young or old.

Outside
The villa is on a large plot with an established garden including fig, orange, pomegranate, peach and olive trees; feel free to pick the fruit when in season! The private swimming pool is approx 7 x 3 metres, there are very few large pools in Cyprus! The deep end is 2.1m and shallow end, 1.3m; ample for a family holiday. Poolside there is a shower for rinsing. The villa has a large patio with a six seater table overlooking the pool. There are 6 sunbeds and shade umbrella's are provided. At the front of the villa there is also a patio with a small table and seats perfect for breakfasting!
Coast/Beach
10 minute walk to secluded beaches, a 3 minute drive to the sandy beach at Coral bay.
The nearby coast line is reputed to be amongst the most beautiful in Cyprus. The area is known as the 'Sea Caves'. Please do look at the extra photo's as there is one of this 'on our doorstep' area.
Golf
There are golf courses at Tala and Secret Valley Golf course is located on the outskirts of Paphos, approx 30 min drive.
Travel
Car hire is essential for the location of the villa. Paphos International Airport is approx 30 min drive away, Larnaca approx 2.5 hrs drive away.
Distances
St George village is a short walk away, Peiga village is a 2 minute drive and Coral Bay a 3 minute drive.

At the villa there is also an Owners Guide with restuarant and shopping recommendations etc. The location of the villa is perfect for any visitors interested in walking or cylcling holidays. The combination of exciting coastline and the outstanding beauty of the Akamas conservation area is superb. A European Cycle route (E4) through the Akamas mountains starts a short distance away.
Booking notes
A 30% deposit is payable on booking with the balance becoming due 10 weeks prior to departure. You must arrange your own travel insurance.
