The property is set over 3 floors with 2 bedrooms, fully fitted kitchen and family bathroom, the rooms are all bathed in natural light via ample windows and doors. Situated in the heart of Kato Paphos the small residential complex offers an excellent safe and secure base for your holiday being just minutes walk away from all amenities including shops, restaurants, bars, beach and archaeological sites. Due to the position of the complex and the excellant bus service the need to hire a car is an option rather than a necessity and there are some independant travel companies local to the complex offering day trips.

Prices are for the house per week in UK pounds.
If your booking falls within two different price brackets, the cost of your stay will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.

Changeover day
Changeover day and arrival/departures times can be flexible to suit providing this does not affect any existing bookings.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with a queen size double bed.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds.
Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, mirrors, bedside tables, lamps plus some extra storage.
Bathrooms: The family bathroom is fully tiled with a bath, over bath shower mixer, hand basin and WC with a mirror and a bathroom cabinet.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully fitted with washing machine, electric cooker and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Living Rooms: The living room has a 2 seater sofa and a 3 seater sofa bed, satellite TV (not Sky), DVD player, coffee table and occasional tables.
Other: The dining area has a table (extendable) with eight chairs.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Ample bed linen and towels are supplied and are changed on a weekly basis along with the cleaning. Arrangements can be made for those staying for two weeks or more for this service to be extended to your requirements with our property Managers.

Notes on accommodation
The property is spread over three levels. The kitchen/diner and lounge being on the ground floor. Stairs then lead to the twin bedroom on the first floor and then the bathroom and double bedroom on the second. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning/heating and shuttered windows. There are ceiling fans and blinds throughout. Plus some independant heating. For those with small children easy to fit stair gates are provided.

Accessibility
Due to the design of the house this is not suitable for those completely wheelchair dependent.

Outside
The property has two main patios which are accessed via the lounge. The front patio has a garden table with parasol and chairs can also be accessed via the kitchen. The rear patio has cane furniture consisting of two chairs, a sofa, a small table and a drinks trolley under a full sun awning which is retractable. The gardens and shared pool are accessed via this patio. Sun loungers for the pool are provided.

Coast/Beach
The local municipal beach is a few minutes walk away. The famous and larger beach found at Coral Bay is a only a 15 minute drive away this is also served by an excellent, frequent and cheap bus service.

Golf
There are three 18 hole golf courses within a 20 minute drive from the complex. Tsada and Secret Valley Golf Clubs.

Travel
Paphos is the nearest airport being a 20 minute drive from the complex although, the cost by taxi is only around CYP15-20 (Cyprus pounds). Due to the location of the complex to all amenities car hire is a personal option - dependant mostly on what type of holiday required. From site seeing/historical sites and visiting areas of outstanding beauty to local arts and crafts, bird watching, golfing, skiing (Troodos Mountains), walking and other sporting activities.

Distances
The old market town of Paphos is a 30 minute walk away, the fort, harbour, catacombs and St. Paul's Pillar are all found within a few minutes walk away. The Tomb of the Kings are found slightly farther away at 40/50 minutes walk away. All of these are serviced by a regular bus service.

Further details
As the complex is in the heart of Kato Paphos all supermarkets, banks, bars and restuarant are only a few minutes away.

Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of 25% is required within 7 days to secure your booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before departure, a security deposit of £100 is payable with the balance and will be refunded within 7 days if no damage or losses have occurred.
