Ideally located being only a 10 minute drive from Larnaca Airport and a 5 minute drive away from Pervolia, a typical Cypriot village, which can be described as idyllic. Over the last few years Pervolia has developed into a small tourist attraction without giving up its unique character. Banks, shops and supermarkets are available in Pervolia so we therefore advise that access to a car would be beneficial.

Large open plan lounge and kitchen diner leading to fully furnished Rattan style portico and patio which overlooks a private pool (4.5 m x 9.5 m) with automatic child safety pool cover. Extensive and well maintained gardens overlooking the blue, blue Mediterranean. Local and satellite LCD TV, surround sound DVD and CD players. Fully fitted BBQ with electric rotisserie, with outside shower close by and loungers by the pool. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, ice-maker fridge/freezer, cutlery, crockery. Central heating and air-conditioning. All linen provided. Car port and car hire available. Weekly change of linen. The property is prepared and clean on arrival. Additional mid-let clean available at extra cost.

Also there is Mackenzie Beach - a 5/10 minute drive away which has very easy access to restaurants.

Local activities closeby include, cycling, diving, fishing, horse riding, swimming, tennis, walking, bird watching.

Travel
Both Larnaca town and airport, only 10–14 minutes by car.

Distances
The location of the villa is ideal being only a short drive from Larnaca airport and the Cypriot Village of Pervolia.

However there is a new restaurant within a 3 minute walk from the Limonia Villa. It is ideal for lunches and also for romantic evening dinners on the terrace overlooking the sea.

A new boutique hotel is also situated within 3 minutes walk of the villa and located within a 10 minute drive is MacKenzie beach ideal for children and within easy reach of restaurants.

Further details
Pervolia village has several traditional Cypriot restaurants, modern bar and a Chinese restaurant. Recently opened only 2 minutes walk from the Villa is restaurant in a romantic location overlooking the sea. There is a wonderful bakery 2 or 3 minutes drive away which is open until midnight. Also recently opened a 5 star boutique hotel only 2 minutes from the villa.

Booking notes
30% deposit required to secure booking initially. Remainder of rental payment and 300 Euro security deposit required at least 8 weeks prior to start of holiday.
