Villa Lemonies is a lovely 3 bedroom, air-conditioned villa with a private swimming pool and pool hoist. The villa is in the heart of Coral Bay. Fantastic sea views and is conveniently placed just 30 minutes drive from Paphos airport and 15 minutes drive from Paphos town. Accommodation includes double bedroom, a bedroom with 3 single beds, a bedroom with a set of bunk beds (ideal for children but large enough beds for adults) and a single bed, a shower room, a separate WC and a fully wheelchair accessible bathroom. There’s a well equipped kitchen and a huge living room, both leading onto a large shaded terrace. The villa is very well equipped, with comfortable furniture, local TV and DVD, and a CD player in the spacious open plan living area. Children are very welcome and there are children’s toys, books and DVDs, children’s crockery and cups.

Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Air conditioning units charged at £2.50CYP per day. You can select the number of units you would like upon arrival. Long winter breaks: just £1400 per month from November to February. (Conditions apply and excludes laundry and cleaning costs - please contact me for details).
Changeover day
Bookings are usually taken Wednesday-Wednesday, but I will try to be as flexible as possible to fit in with your ideal travel plans.

| Living Rooms: | The very large and airy living room leads directly out to the shaded terrace and has lovely sea views. It is comfortably furnished in a modern Mediterranean style. You will find a music system, TV and DVD player and a selection of books and games. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Services include: all bed linen, duvets and pillows provided, weekly cleaning and laundry change, beach and bath towels, pool and garden maintenance. Free welcome pack including wine and fruit. Villa representative. |
Notes on accommodation
The use of air conditioning/heating units (optional) are charged extra with the additional cost of 2.50 Cyprus Pounds per day per unit - payable locally in cash. You may select on request any number of units prior to, or on your arrival at the villa.

The villa has been designed to satisfy the needs of wheelchair users, the main features being:

Villa all on one level with ramped access to property at front and rear.
Extra wide internal doors.
Ramps and grab rails where required.
Adapted bathroom.
Bed blocks available.
Electric hoist available to hire.
Car hire available: currently fits electric w/chair, soon to be modified so entirely accessible! We can arrange hire of medical equipment/carers if required.
Outside
Villa Lemonies is set in a large garden, with private swimming pool (including swimming pool lift for disabled guests). We have provided sun loungers, a patio furniture set, and a large sun umbrella. The garden can be lit at night with lights around the pool area. The large shaded terrace is the perfect spot to sit and enjoy the sea views. There is a driveway with parking for several cars
Coast/Beach
With its calm shallow waters and wide selection of water sports, the nearby Coral Bay beach is an ideal location for family holidays and is just a 4 min walk down steps at the back of the villa. Unfortunately the beach ramp is very steep and many people may find it too tricky.
Golf
There are 2 non-member 18-hole championship golf courses in Cyprus, both in the Paphos area - the Tsada Golf club, part of the historic Stavros tis Minthis monastery, and the Secret Valley Golf club, which in a spectacular valley setting.
Travel
Paphos airport is a 30 min drive from the villa. Car hire is recommended if you want to go further afield, but it is only a 10 min walk (partly uphill) to the main Coral Bay resort. There is a small selection of shops, bars and restaurants reached along a flat road, within 5 mins walk). An accessible Fiat Doblo is available for hire with the villa

Coral Bay resort 10 mins walk. Peyia 5 mins drive. Paphos town 15-20 mins drive.
Further details
Coral Bay resort has a variety of excellent restaurants, bars and shops. The traditional village of Peyia is nearby and offers a good selection of traditional tavernas, shops and small bars, and borders the magnificent national park of the Akamas peninsula. Also nearby is the tiny, unspoilt fishing village of Agios Georgios.
Booking notes
I will email/post you a booking form which can be completed and returned with a deposit to secure your booking. Deposit required is 30% of the total booking cost, with the balance due 6 weeks before departure.
