There is a WC with wash basin on the ground floor. Private parking and communal pool are at the rear. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin. Fully fitted wardrobes, ample storage space, clock radios and a hairdryer. Both bedrooms have patio doors leading onto balconies with stunning views at the front. The bathroom has bath, shower, wc and wash basin. Please note that smoking is not permitted.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has twin beds. Both bedrooms have ample storage space with two large built in wardrobes and bedside cabinets. There is a clock/radio alarm in each bedroom. Both rooms have air conditioning and balconies. |

The bathroom has bath/ shower over, wc and wash basin. There is also a separate wc with wash basin on the ground floor. |
| Kitchen: |
kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, (this has child resistant door catch), fridge freezer, microwave, electric juicer, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board, utensils, pots, pans and crockery, fire extinguisher and fire blanket. NO GAS in the house. |
| Living Rooms: |
The lounge is comfortably furnished with 2 sofas, Satellite TV, DVD player which can be used for your own DVDs, coffee table and side cabinets. Patio doors lead to the terrace and patio are. There is also air-conditioning in the lounge. |

The property is cleaned before your arrival. Bed linen and towels, including pool towels are provided. All are changed weekly. |

Outside
The front terrace and patio are furnished with table and chairs and parasol. There is also a BBQ for your al fresco meals. From here you can sit and enjoy the peace and quiet and magnificent sea views. Sunbeds and mattresses are also provided. The communal pool is at the rear of the property.
Golf
There are three golf courses within easy reach by car. There is also a Water park and Karting, again within easy reach by car or local transport.
Travel
Paphos International Airport is approx. 20mins drive away. A car is recommended if you wish to explore the area. Collection from Paphos or Larnaca airports can be arranged if required. If you are considering car hire this can also be arranged at very competitive rates.
Distances
Chlorakas village is a short 5min drive away where you will find a selection of shops and restaurants. The sandy beach of Coral Bay is approx 15 mins drive in one direction and 15mins drive in the opposite direction you will find the pretty harbour area, the wonderful mosaics and the castle. Paphos town is approx 10mins drive away.
Further details
There are many restaurants, shops and take away food shops close by if you do not want to cook. There is a large supermarket in Chloraka village where you can get everything you need. A welcome pack is provided for your arrival. This can also be tailored to your specific needs.
Booking notes
When booking please state if airport collection or car hire is required. A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance of the payment due 8 weeks before your departure date. All payments to be made by cheque please. Passport number and d.o.b. for each party member will be required when booking.
