The villa is of a unique design with a mix of both traditional and modern architecture and is situated in what is considered to be one of the most scenic areas of Northern Cyprus. Uninterrupted views of the Besparmark mountain range and of the Mediterranean sea makes this a very special holiday location. Long lazy days can be spent around the private pool soaking up the sunshine. In the evening you can relax on the terrace with a drink and bbq and enjoy the sunsets, with views of Bellapais Abbey lit up at night, or alternatively visit one of the many great restaurants in the local area.

Outside
There is a large landscaped garden surrounding the villa with a sun terrace to the front providing an outside dining space and bbq. To the rear is a private 10m x 4m overflow pool with sun loungers, cushions and parasols are provided for your enjoyment. Outdoor lighting, lanterns, pool lights to enhance your evening entertainment.
Coast/Beach
The sea and mountains can be viewed from the front terraces.The nearest beaches are 1km away, and can be reached by walking or car. Turtle beaches and other unspoilt beaches are easily accessible by car. Boat trips around the coast are available from Kyrenia harbour. Details are provided at the villa.
Golf

Special interest holidays
Catalkoy equestrian centre is within walking distance, both a days trekking can be arrange or riding holidays are available.
Travel
Flights are available from all major UK airports to Ercan and Larnaca. Flights into Ercan have one stop in Turkey. There are many charter and scheduled flights into Larnaca from nearly all UK airports. Villa Khazana is 30 mins drive from Ercan and 1.5h drive from Larnaca. Car Hire can be arranged for collection from Ercan or taxi transfer is available and car delivered to villa. If flying into Larnaca, taxi transfer can be arranged. Distances
The centre of Catalkoy village is a 5 mins drive where local shops sell basic goods and fresh produce. There is a well stocked supermarket on the main road just before you arrive at Catalkoy. Kyrenia is 3km and Nicosia is a 30 min drive. There are many historical attractions and beaches within 5km radius - all just waiting to be enjoyed.

Leisure activities include scuba diving, go-karting, quad biking, horse-riding, turtle and bird watching.
Kyrenia has an HSBC bank with a cash machine.

Please book by e mail or telephone. Payments by cheque or internet banking. Deposit of 20% with booking, and balance 2 months before departure. A returnable deposit of £200 is required to cover damage or breakages.
