Notes on accommodation
A car is not essential as it is 5 mins walking distance to the beach, restaurants and small local shop. A large supermarket is 10 mins walk. The pool is unsecured so small children will have to be supervised. There is central heating for winter lets and the units in the bedrooms also blow hot air.

Outside
Private swimming pool with Roman end, 8m x 4m, with 1 depth of 1.4m. Portable outside barbecue, 4 sunbeds, small table and umbrella. Fixed table on the rear patio underneath an awning. There is an additional table and 4 chairs at the rear but they can be moved anywhere to suit preference.
Coast/Beach
The lovely beach of Kervansaray is a few minutes walk. Sunbeds and umbrellas can be hired. This area also has several excellent restaurants overlooking the beach with fantastic views of the sea and the wonderful sunset.
Travel
Ercan airport in the north is 20 minutes drive whilst Larnaca in the South is 90 minutes. Airport pickup is included in the villa rental. Car hire is not essential but can be arranged through the local contact.
Distances
Karaoglanoglu is 5 minutes walk. Harbour town of Kyrenia is 10 mins drive.
Further details
Local bank is 5 mins drive. Kyrenia has a selection of banks and a branch of the HSBC. There are several excellent restaurants and bars within walking distance at the nearby Kervansaray beach. A small local shop is also located there.
Booking notes
A deposit of £50 per person payable on booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Receipt of your deposit will be acknowledged by post or email.
Refundable bond: This is £100 per booking against breakages or damage. It is payable with the balance of your payment 8 weeks prior to departure. It is returned to you 1 week after the end of your holiday. In the event of cancellation it is always refunded. Cancellation Charges will apply.
