A unique set of villas that stand alone in their own beautiful grounds. Each has its own swimming pool. All the rooms are furnished and are comfortable
A popular choice for children, who would greatly benefit from large private pools capable of holding numerous floats and inflatable toys.
The properties have air-conditioning in every room and mostly they are disabled friendly.
The owner /caretakers live near by so they can be on hand for any help and advise.
A bus service to Coral Bay Pafos and Agios Georgioson a regular intervals.
We can accommodate up to 26 persons within the three villas making it adeal for weddings, family reunions, anniversaries celebrations and family and friends gatherings.
Will be happy to let separately the three bedroom and the two bedroom accommodation on long or short term basis.
Accessibility
The villas are perfectly suited for wheelchair users. Who can use lounge, kitchen, bathroom and huge verandas which are all on ground level. The driveway leading to the villa is right outside the property, leading to the above facilities.
Outside
The surrounding gardens are abundant with fresh fruit trees and stunning exotic flowers. The balconies are fully furnished with outside dining table, chairs and loungers to help you relax and to admire the sea and mountain view. The Galavilla and the El-Marian each has its owned exceptionally large pools exelent for recreation.
Coast/Beach
The Coral Bay area is famous for it's beautiful golden sandy beaches. It is surrounded by banana plantations which give a exotic and tropical touch to the area. Approx 3 miles away. 5 mins in car,
St Georges bay is even nearer, a quiet fishing bay with sea caves and fresh fish restaurant boasting spectaular views.
Golf
Three golf courses a short drive away.
Special interest holidays
Horse riding facility within 500 yards. They provide opportunity for morning and evening riding along Coral Bay beach. Go-karting also within a mile. Many water sports are available on Coral Bay beach. Jet skiing, banana boats, paragliding, snorkeling, pedalos etc.
Travel
Paphos airport. 20 mins drive. We can arrange pick up in taxi to villa and back to airport at end of holiday. (to pay locally)
Larnaka airport you must allow 2 hrs drive The jerney will give you an idea of the landscape.
Car hire is not essential but would provide opportunities to visit surrounding areas. We can also help secure car hire if requested.
Bus few mins from the villas to Pafos Coral Bay Agios Georgios
taxi service is widley used at reasonable prices.
Distances
20 km from Pafos airport, few mins walk to local restaurants and small conviniense shop, 1 to 2 km to seaside, 4 km to Coral Bay, Peyia Village, Agios Georgios Bay/Acamas, 15km to Pafos, with all the main cultural and historical sites of the area, such as the mighty medieval fort that stands guard over Pafos' picturesque fishing harbour, the extensive Necropolis known as the Tombs of the Kings and the very impressive mosaics, without forgetting the 5-domed Byzantine church of Ayia Paraskevi.

Coral Bay has many restaurants, the most exclusive restaurant is actually situated moments walk from villa. The countryside around the Coral Bay and Pafos area ranges from raggy coastlines to the beautiful slopes of the Troodos Mountains. The Akamas is the western most point of the island and is an outstanding area of natural beauty with a stunning array of flora, fauna and wildlife.
