A new 4 bedroom luxury villa with private heated pool, full air conditioning, Wi-Fi and automatic generator. Situated on an elevated position below Esentepe village with uninterrupted sea views, this spacious accommodation has large open plan areas and a fully equipped kitchen. The large garden has a covered seating area next to the pool and there is also a childrens' play area. Esentepe is a charming traditional village with some shops and restaurants and welcoming, friendly and helpful residents. The town of Kyrenia, with its picturesque harbour, is just 20 mins drive along the coast road and offers wonderful restaurants as well as supermarkets and souvenir shops. The surrounding area has a variety of activities including sightseeing, turtle watching, scuba diving, sailing, and walking. A 5-10 mins drive will take you to the Korineum Golf Club which offers a first class golfing experience as well as a luxury spa facility and restaurant which is of the highest standard.

The rates shown above are for a party size of 6 persons (e.g. 3 couples, 4 adults + 2 children, or 2 adults + 4 children). The villa can accommodate up to 8 persons, but there is a surcharge of £125 per week per person for parties in excess of 6 people.

Equipped for children, with a secure fenced pool with pad-lock gates, sand-pit, swings and climbing frame. Sorry, no pets. We appreciate your courtesty to limit smoking to outdoor terrace and pergola areas. Free High Speed Internet during your stay - connect either via ethernet cable or B/G wireless access points. Infra-red lighting at entrance and pathways to facilitate night-time arrivals. Stainless Gas BBQ with side burner for al-fresco dining.

Accessibility
The downstairs areas include lounge, dining, kitchen, and 4th bedroom with shower en-suite which are easilly accessible for those with mobility limitations. Upstairs access to the 3 further bedrooms is only via curved staircase which is clearly unsuitable. Outdoor pergola path and paved areas are easilly navigable with wheelchair or walking assited equipment.
Outside
Large terrace area with table and chairs for dining leading to the large pergola covered area which offers plenty of shade with an 8 place teak table and chairs and full sized stainless steel propane gas barbecue. Large walled garden with children's play area including climbing frame, swings and sandpit. Pool side sunbeds, tables and umbrellas available.
Coast/Beach
The nearest sandy beach is the Alagadi beach which is approx. 8 mins drive. This beach is famous for its turtle protection program and there is a small restaurant/snack bar, beautiful clear waters and a qualified PADI instructor.
Golf
The newly opened Korineum Golf and Country Club is less than 10 minutes drive away. The course is designed for players of all levels. The club also offers an international standard 18 hole, par 72, golf course as well as a Golf Academy, private clubhouse, luxury spa facilities, public restaurant and bar.
Travel
Fly to Ercan Airport in the North - transfer time to the villa is about 30 mins (note: all flights to Ercan touch down in Turkey but you do not need to disembark).
Fly to Larnaca Airport in the south - transfer time to the villa approx. 90 mins.
Fly into Paphos in the south - transfer time to the villa is approx. 2.5 hours.

Distances
The villa is within walking distance of Esentepe village.
The sea resort town of Kyrenia (Girne) is 18 mins drive where there is a wide choice of restaurants, shops, bars, clubs and casinos.
Nicosia (Lefkosia) and Famagusta are approx. 30 mins drive.
Further details
North Cyprus offers golf, cycling, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, paragliding, sailing, swimming, walking, water skiing and windsurfing.
The surrounding area has a variety of sightseeing - Bellapais Abbey, Kyrenia harbour, St Hilarion, Kantara and Baffavento castles are just a few.
Acapulco Beach Club (a 10 min drive) has an aquapark, watersports and beautiful sandy beach with all facilities including sunloungers, umbrellas, and showers. It also has an indoor swimming pool, turkish bath and spa facilitiy. (a day fee applies).
Vogue Holiday Resort (8 min drive) offers a 5* restuarant, open air nightclub and beach area. There is a swimming pool with Jacuzzi, a club for children, a mini market and wide areas for beach volley and water sport
