This beautiful first floor apartment with large balcony is set in a small development of 12 apartments, with trees behind, pool and sea views to the side. The best of both worlds with the location in a residential area and a 10 minute stroll (there is a small hill) to the numerous bars, restaurants and beach. Newly furnished to a high standard and superbly equipped. There is a shared swimming pool with showers. Complimentary welcome pack ready on your arrival to start your holiday in the right way. It offers the convenience of being just 10 minute stroll to the Tomb of the Kings Road. There is a local bus route to take you to the old town, the harbour and also Coral Bay. An 'Information folder' is provided in the apartment which is full of useful details on the surrounding area and details left by other guests. We have left board games for you to enjoy and a Xbox and Satellite TV. We do suggest car hire to fully benefit your stay.

Changeover day
We are as flexible as possible with the changeover day
also we are flexible with the checkout time if there is no one arriving on the day of departure.
If somone is arriving you will need to check out by 12:00 noon.

Other: There is covered designated parking space for the apartment.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Bedlinen, bath/hand towels provided. Apartment is cleaned before arrival. If you plan to stay for 2 weeks or more bedding/towels have been left out which you can change and the property can be cleaned for an extra charge.

The apartment is in a small complex and an English couple live in the complex who are able to help you out during your stay if you have any queries.

Accessibility
Unsuitable for wheelchair access as property is on first floor accessible by steps only. The location of the apartment does involve a small hill which takes you to the main restaurants. You can walk through the village to the Old Town in about 10 minutes. You can get around without a car, but we do suggest a hire car to fully benefit your stay.

Outside
Large balcony (21ft x 17ft) with table, chairs and sun loungers perfect for sun bathing, eating out and enjoying the sunset. Shared pool 10m x 5m with room to sunbathe with flower/plant borders.

Coast/Beach
10 mins walk to the nearest beach or 5 minute drive to the wonderful sandy beach of Coral Bay (Blue Flag) and it's large selection of tavernas, bars and entertainment.

Golf
3 good golf courses in the Paphos area: Tsada golf, Secret Valley and the wonderful Aphrodite Hills all 20-25 mins away.

Skiing
There are few places where you can both ski and sunbathe in the same day and Cyprus offers this between December and March. Mount Olympus (in the Troodos mountains).

Travel
Paphos Airport is approx 15 mins drive. Car hire is not essential but we would advise you to hire a car for at least part of your holiday. There are so many beautiful things to see in and around Paphos, and a hire car will enable you to see as much as possible. Buses and taxis are also good, inexpensive and reliable.

Further details
With an average of 340 days of sunshine per year coupled with a wealth of history and numerous places to see, Paphos is well worth visiting.
You do not need to travel far to find historical sites such as The Tomb of The Kings, Paphos Medieval Fort and the Roman Mosaics.
Among the other popular activities to be found in the region are water sports (including diving and snorkelling, windsurfing, jet and water skiing), deep sea and freshwater fishing, jeep safaris, village bus tours, walking tours, karting, tennis, bowling, nature trails, horse riding, climbing, abseiling, paragliding, golf, bike trails, a water park, an aquarium and a bird park.
Further afield (approximately 1 hour's drive away) you will find the Troodos Mountains where you can go fishing, skiing or simply take the opportunity to enjoy the scenery and mix with local villagers.
The shops, banks, restaurants, bars and harbour area are all within walking distance.

Booking notes
Booking reservations can be held for up to 5 days. A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm booking. The full remaining balance of rental payment plus a refundable damage/breakage deposit of £100 is due 10 weeks before departure. Where departure is less than 10 weeks full payment is required. Payment by cheque in British Pounds or Euros.
