It's part of a small, quiet complex with shared swimming pool. The apartment features a very spacious balcony (33ft by 11ft) that's just perfect for sunbathing, eating out and just chilling out. A tranquil location yet only 400m from the Paphos-Coral Bay coast road, with a bus stop right on the corner. Popular Vardas Beach is just a 500 metre walk from the apartment. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets, internet cafe, bank and pharmacy are all within walking distance too.

Changeover day
The changeover day is flexible. Normal departure time is at 11.30am.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has a double (5-foot) bed. Bedroom 2 has twin beds. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes offering plenty of hanging space. A hair-dryer is provided in each room. |
| Bathrooms: | Large, beautifully tiled bathroom with bath and shower, plus plenty of storage for toiletries. |
| Kitchen: | Washing machine, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, plenty of cooking utensils and crockery, cool bags to take to the beach. Iron and ironing board. For your peace of mind, there's a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher. |
| Living Rooms: | Open-plan lounge/dining area with two 2-seater settees, colour TV, DVD player (plus good library of DVDs), CD/tape player (and good selection of CDs), board games and cards. The dining table opens out to seat 4 people. |

Notes on accommodation
The apartment offers the perfect relaxing break for couples. We also welcome families - but children must be aged 7 years or older. Smoking is permitted out on the balcony, but not in the apartment.
Outside
The massive 33ft by 11ft terracotta-tiled balcony (complete with outdoor lighting) runs the entire length of the apartment and overlooks the shared swimming pool and garden.
A table and 6 chairs, sun umbrella and 4 loungers for sunbathing on the balcony are provided.
Coast/Beach
Vardas Beach, which has sun loungers, umbrellas and a beach-side restaurant, is just 500 metres away. The big sandy beach at Coral Beach is about five minutes away by car and can also be reached by the regular bus service.
Golf
The Paphos area is home to three world-class, 18-hole golf courses. Nearest to the apartment is Tsada Golf Club, which is 15 minutes' drive north of Paphos Town and plays to a par 72.
The Secret Valley Golf Club plays to a par 72 and is located 18km east of Paphos. Not far from Secret Valley you'll find the brand-new golf course at Aphrodite Hills, which offers a championship standard and plays to par 71.
Travel
The apartment is approx 25 minutes' drive from Paphos Airport. Hiring a car is recommended for those who want to explore all that Cyprus has to offer. Nearby places to visit are the fishing port of Agios Georgios, the monastery of Agios Neofytos and Lemba village. Further afield, head to Polis, Latchi and Baths of Aphrodite. A jeep safari of the Akamas Peninsula is great fun too. A drive up to the pineclad Troodos Mountains is recommended – scenic villages include Lania, Omodos and Kakopetria.
Distances
Kissonerga is very conveniently located - under 10 mins drive to the tourist area of Paphos, less to the very popular Coral Bay. There's also a regular bus service to both places, with a bus stop just 400m away. The apartment is 5 minutes' walk from the centre of Kissonerga village, which has several restaurants, two supermarkets, a bank and a pharmacy. There are many more restaurants and bars within walking distance on the coast road.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required on booking. The remaining balance, plus a returnable key/damages deposit of £100, is due two months before departure date.
It is a condition of booking that all persons have full travel and medical insurance, including cover for cancellation.
