Esentepe is most attractive with its historic architecture, stunning views, amenities and kind, friendly local residents. The nearest large town is the holiday resort area called Kyrenia. Kyrenia has some wonderful places to eat, larger grocery stores and all the amenities you would expect from an active seaside township. The surrounding area has a variety of sightseeing available which include, the monastery, historic buildings, the local markets, shopping and Kyrenia harbour itself is simply picturesque! Located 2 miles away, is the first North Cyprus Golf Course and it is of the highest standard. Just 5 miles away you can see the Green Turtle activity. Turtle activity takes place from June to Sept. This is a holiday that will remind you of how Europe was 20 years ago!

Nearest beach: 15m. We have a small beach made of black sand which is walked to from the end of this exclusive development. It is a lovely cove with beautiful clear water. A 5 minute drive to Alagadi Beach who have a small snack bar, rentable umbrellas, usually calm waters, turtle activity and there is a qualified PADI instructor. 10 mins away & great for families Acapulco Beach Club has a great beach (for about £6 per person per day), fees incl. use of pool & seating w/umbrella at beach.
Golf
Brand new golf course approx. 3 miles away.
Recently opened in Esentepe is the Korineum Golf and Country Club offering an 18 hole, international standard golf course designed by Arne Van Amerongen. The Golf and Country Club also has a private clubhouse, public restaurant, bar and hotel facilities. Golfers enjoy the breathtaking views of the Besparmak mountain range as well as cool sea breezes during peak summer golf season. Course management offer both annual membership as well as daily green fees to accommodate residents and tourists alike.
Travel
Nearest international airport is Ercan at 25 kilometres away. It takes approximately 25 minutes to get to from the airport to the villa. A hire car is essential and easy to acquire.

Booking notes
Prices include electric up to £100 per week and water £20 per week. Any additional usage will be deducted from a security deposit. This amount is in accordance with using air-conditioning during the day and for 6 people to have a daily shower. A security deposit is required of £500 but will be refunded upon a satisfactory property inspection by the Property Managers within 10 days of departure. If additional electrical or water usage exceeds deposit, the renter will be billed.
