Notes on accommodation
There is a pay as you go mobile phone which is available for use whilst staying in the property, if you require use of this please advise and let us know how much credit you require and this will be arranged prior to your arrival. Air Conditioning is charged at £30 per week if required.

Due to the property being on 3 split levels it is not adapted for wheelchair users, hire car is essential due to location.

Kourium Beach - 15 minutes by car
Golf
There are many golf courses nearby.
Skiing
Troodos mountains is a short drive from the house, you will be able to ski here in the winter months.
Travel
Larnaca airport - 87km, approx 55 minutes.
Paphos airport - approx 45 mins.
Distances
Limassol - 15 min drive.
Erimi village - 10 min drive.
Booking notes
When booking a deposit of 25% will be required, should you cancel your booking 8 weeks prior to arrival this will be non-refundable. Full payment due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of £250 will be required prior to arrival and will be refunded following your stay. If you require a welcome pack this will be an additional £7 per person which will be added to your final amount due.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was, for us, ideally located as we love the Curium. It is well placed for Limassol and getting to Troodos and Platres and an easy drive to Paphos.
