Changeover day
Arrival times and changeover days are flexible but if a reservation is made for the same day as another ends, the access will be subject to sufficient time for handover and cleaning.

Notes on accommodation
This is strictly no-smoking accommodation. The pool is one depth so care should be taken with small children. Oil filled radiators throughout and log burning fire in sitting room provide ample heating when required.

Accessibility
The property is over 3 levels and therefore may be unsuitable for those with mobility problems or who find stairs difficult.
Outside
Courtyard with table, 6 chairs, 2 sunloungers and a very large parasol. Pool is 20' x 10' approx 5' depth throughout and serviced weekly. Spacious sun terrace accessible via spiral staircase from courtyard with additional patio furniture and loungers, BBQ and dryer for laundry.
Coast/Beach
The local beaches are a 10 min drive away and are of the natural stone and sand variety but a number are connected to restaurants, some with tourist facilities. Governor's Beach, a more tourist friendly area with sandy beaches and coves is a 10 minute drive along the old Limassol Road and has restaurants with sunbed hire etc. Larnaca seafront, which is a 30 minute drive, has beaches with full tourist facilities.
Golf
Excellent golf facilities at Secret Valley Golf Club and Aphrodite Hills Golf and Country club are about an hours drive towards Paphos.
Skiing
Depending on winter snowfall, skiing etc is available in the Troodos mountains.
Travel
Larnaca International Airport is a 25 minute drive away - hire or use of a car is essential.
Distances
The fishing village of Zygi, with its numerous fish restaurants is situated only 3kms away and apart from natural local beaches, the more commercial Governor's Beach is situated a 10 min drive along the Limassol Road. The village is uniquely positioned to explore the rest of Cyprus being only 25 mins from Larnaca and Limassol, 40 mins from Nicosia and 1 hour from the Troodos mountains.
Further details
The famous village of Lefkara, where traditional lace and silver have been made for many years is 20 minutes away and Maroni is only 5 minutes drive from the Neolithic site of Choirokitia, a UNESCO world heritage site. Maroni has its own local taverna, Lemonokipos (The Lemon Tree) which serves delicious home cooked food, including meze and on Thursday nights, kleftiko - mouth watering, clay-oven cooked lamb. This house is an ideal base for the independent, discerning holiday maker.
Booking notes
Please make contact using the details shown on the site. A 20%, non-refundable deposit will be required to secure the reservation, with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to the date of booking. Cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to date of booking will be subject to full payment. A breakage allowance of £150 will also be required which will be fully refunded once the accommodation has been cleaned and checked.
