This lovely villa was used as a family home and therefore has much more to offer than the regular holiday rental property, in terms of standard of furnishings and added extras. The private pool and the extensive outside seating areas provide a lovely environment to enjoy the Cypriot weather.

Changeover day
Changover day is flexible. The villa will be available from 4pm on the arrival day and vacated by 10am on the departure day.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom one has a double bed and access onto the balcony. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and has the capacity for an extra folding bed (only suitable for children under the age of 8). This room also has access to the balcony. |
| Bathrooms: | The main bathroom upstrairs has a toliet, sink, bath and overbath shower. A second bathroom is on the ground floor with sink and toilet. There is also an outside shower area. |
| Kitchen: | The modern kitchen has all the main appliances including cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine etc. |
| Living Rooms: | As this was a family home the lounge area is very comfortable with two sofas, video, DVD player, CD stereo etc |
| Other: | There is a separate dining area with table and chairs. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The property is cleaned for your arrival and the swimming pool maintained on a weekly basis. All bed linen and bath towels are provided. PLEASE NOTE...Beach/Pool towels will not be provided, please bring your own. |

Notes on accommodation
A cot can be arranged on request.
Air conditioning is including in the cost of the rental.
The villa is maintained by a neighbour who will be happy to assist you during your stay.
The villa will only be rented to couples and families.
Accessibility
The villa is not suitable for those requiring wheelchair access.
Outside
The private 8 metre swimming pool outside shower, pergoda, sunbeds and fixed thatched parasols, make for an ideal relaxing environment. There is an outside shower area and off road parking. The outside terrace is equipped with table and chairs for alfreso dining.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is the local beach at Ayia Thekla, small but with all the amenties you need for a day by the sea. The famous Nissi Beach is only 5 minutes by car, heading towards Ayia Napa and the very beautiful sands at Fig Tree Bay, Protaras are only 15 - 20 minutes drive away. Konnos Bay is also worth a visit; perfect for families.
Travel
The nearest airport is Larnaca which is (40 minutes) 45 kilometres away.
Car hire is recommended and we will of course provide clear directions to the villa.
Airport transfers can be arranged for you.
Distances
Ayia Napa is only 5 minutes by car, ideal for nightlife and a vast array of restaurants. Protaras is a little further, a popular family resort.
Booking notes
The villa will only be rented to couples and families. A refundable deposit of £150 for breakages is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. This will be returned to you within 14 days of your return home. A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks before arrival. Long term rentals are welcome, please contact the owner for a rental quote.
