The kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances and the indoor dining area seats up to eight people. The Kyrenia Mountains rise behind the villa, and provide cooling breezes.

Linen and towels are provided, the maid cleans and prepares the villa before arrival. The beds are made up and a welcome pack is provided if requested. The villa is cleaned every 7 days during stay. |

All rooms equipped with air-conditioning. The villa is extremely child friendly with secure iron ballerstrade around terraces.
Accessibility
The villa has two floors therefore may not be suitable for people who are disabled.
Outside
Large walled garden well stocked with colourful plants, fruit trees and a purpose built BBQ for outside entertainment. Sun loungers and chairs surrounding beautifully shaped overflow private pool measuring 7m x 12m. Large outside covered dining terrace with table and chairs seating 8-10 people comfortably. Further terrace with a full sized pool table.
Coast/Beach
There are many beautiful beaches offering sunloungers, water sports and great restaurants. The most recently constructed beach resort is 5 miles away.
Golf
New for 2007, 18 hole championship course 15 minutes drive away.
Travel
Ercan airport (North Cyprus) transfer time approx 25 minutes. flights to Southen Cyprus (Larnaca) approx transfer time 1 hour 30 minute drive. Airport transfers can be arranged at additional costs.
Distances
The beautiful village of Bellapais with its unique shops and restaurants is only 5 minutes away. The town of Kyrenia is also close by and has a busy nightlife offering many different cuisines all set against the stunning unspoilt harbour, the harbour also offers daily boat trips around the island. There are many historical places of intrest to visit including Nicosia 30 minutes drive away. The Karpas with its spectacular scenary and deserted beaches has a turtle sanctury 50 miles away.
Further details
The main supermarket Lemar, is 5 minutes drive away. In the town of Kyrinea which is 3 miles from the villa, you have banks and a wide variety of shops.
