Villa Jasmine (3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 6)

Approx 185 sq.m. inside area.
Master bedroom is large, with a double bed, fitted wardrobes, an armchair and en suite shower room & balcony. The water is pumped.
The second bedroom has 3 beds a balcony and fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom three has 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes.
Family bathroom.
Large kitchen with a table for 6, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cooker with gas hob and electric oven. Kettle, toaster etc.
The washing machine is in the WC downstairs.
Open plan split level living room with a dining table for 6/8 and 2 three seater settees and an armchair, French windows to a terrace with wicker chairs and a grape vine growing above to providing shade.
The pool is 8m x 4m with an outside shower and terraces both sides. Views of the sea to the front and views of the mountains over the ancient olive groves behind. There is a covered pergoda with table and chairs and outside lighting to enjoy those warm evenings with a BBQ. A large patio area is at villas side.

Green Island Villa (4 Bedrooms, Sleeps 9)

Approx 200 sq.m internal area.
All the rooms have air con.
Master bedroom with balcony, views of the sea.
Ensuite shower room, arm chair & fitted wardrobes.
Bed 2 has a double bed, balony sea views and fitted wardrobes.
Bed 3 has 2 single beds and views of the mountains over the ancient olive groves.
Family bathroom with shower over the bath.
Downstairs bedroom has single bed & bed settee.
WC has the washing machine in the cupboard.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, hob with gas & electric rings, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. A table to seat 8. There are 2 fridges with freezer compartments.
The living room has 2 x 3 seater sofas, a 2 seater and an armchair. The French windows open to a large terrace with a 3 seater bamboo settee & 2 bamboo armchairs with coffee table.
The pool is 10m x 5m with large terrace & 8 sunbeds. A chardack with a table for 8 & BBQ is near the pool.
The garden is well stocked and there is an abundance of terraced areas.

Outside
The villas are next to each other. Both villas have their own private pools, Villa Jasmine has a 8m x 4m pool with lights and outside shower a bamboo covered pergoda a large patio outside table and chairs and 8 sunbeds, Two terraces.
Green Island Villa has a 10m x 5m pool with lights, outside shower, a chardack with BBQ outside shower, large patio. 8 sunbeds.

Coast/Beach
It is a 5 min drive to the nearest sandy beach where there are sunbed and food facilities.

Golf
A brown golf course in Guzelyurt, please check with TRNC web site.

Skiing
It is possible to ski in Southern Cyprus in the Troodos Mountains.

Travel
It is a 40 minute drive from Ercan airport which is the nearest, another option is to fly to Larnaka and cross the border, please check any border restrictions.

Distances
Alsancak is a short walk away. Kyrenia is a 15 min drive. The crossing point to the south is 35 min drive. Famagusta is 1 hour 30 mins by car. The next village is Lapta a few minutes by car.

Further details
A 2 min walk to a shop for bread etc (corner shop). 10 min drive to large supermarkets. The buses are frequent, very cheap and will divert to outside the villa. Excellent meze restaurant in Alsancak as well as ones within a 10 min walk.

Booking notes
For bookings please contact the owner. 30% payable when booking and the balance 8 weeks before. A breakage deposit of £100 payable with the balance and returnable at the end of the holiday.
