The spacious two bedroom apartment is situated on the first floor with access by lift or stairs. It has an open plan living/ dining area leading to patio doors that open onto a large sunny balcony with table and chairs to relax,eat alfresco and soak up the sun. The balcony overlooks the beautiful landscaped gardens and has views of the 27 metre swimming pool. The pool is surrounded by a large paved area where sun loungers and parasols are provided for guests. The ample kitchen area is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The bathroom has a WC, bath with fitted shower and a basin set in a vanity unit. The apartment sleeps 4 in 2 roomy bedrooms. One has a double bed and the other 2 singles. There is ample fitted wardrobe space. The shops including a supermarket are a 5 minute walk away in the traditional village of Yeroskipou. The beach at Yeroskipou is 20 mins walk along a country road or 5 minutes by car. It has free parking toilets and restaurant.

Changeover day
Any change over day will be permitted however if the booking covers two seasons prices then the higher price will be charged.
You may take over occupancy of the apartment 3pm on arrival day and vacate the property by 11 am on departure. day.

Outside
Anthea Gardens is a mixture of apartments and town houses . There is a large 27m residents swimming pool surrounded by a large paved area with sun beds and parasols for guests to use. The area is bordered by attractive landscaped gardens with numerous shrubs and palm trees. The apartment has an allocated undercover parking space.
Coast/Beach
Yeroskipou is the local beach in the area. The white sandy beach is never crowded and is very suitable for young families as the water is shallow and is protected by a breakwater. It takes 20 minutes to walk along country lanes or 5 minutes by car. There is ample free car parking. Toilets, showers and restaurants/cafes surround the grass area adjoining the beach. Sunbeds and parasols are available for hire at a small daily charge.
Golf
There are 3 golf courses within easy reach of the apartment, about 15 minutes by car. Aphrodite Hills - Tsada and Secret Valley.
Travel
Paphos airport is a short 8km taxi ride from Anthea Gardens.
Distances
Paphos Town and harbour is 6km away.
The village of Yeroskipou is 5 minutes walk away where there is an unusual Byzantine church in the village square. It is the only church in Cyprus with 6 domes. Small shops and cafes border the traditional village square.
Yeroskipou is also the area where Cypriot delight is made and sold.
The main tourist area of Paphos for shops and restaurants is 10 minutes by car.

There is a bank available in Yeroskipou and a supermarket nearby. A fresh bread and cake shop is opposite the supermarket.

Booking notes
Prices are for the apartment per week. Payment by crossed cheque only made payable to P.Fitzgibbons. A deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to holiday date.
Cancellation charges.
The deposit is non refundable. Cancellation within 6 weeks of the holiday the full payment is non refundable unless the apartment can be re let in which case your payment will be returned.
