Notes on accommodation
Our fully inclusive prices include 24 hour emergency call out. Welcome pack on arrival comprising bread, butter, preserve, water, milk, orange juice, tea, coffee, sugar and complimentary bottle of wine. Full use of electricity, spa, air-conditioning, heating and satellite television. All guests receive a detailed pre-arrival information pack.
Accessibility
Maintenance contracts are in place for the communal facilities of the complex however as these are outside our direct control no personal responsibility or liability can be accepted. Note: Guests should ensure that they are physically able to use stairs should the lift be inoperable: Local hotels allow use of their swimming pool facilities if desired.
Outside
The balcony terrace features a large covered pergola and evening lighting. Storage shelter. Radius fencing to external walls for added privacy. The Solana spa comes with a lockable cover. Stone barbeque with granite work surfaces and stainless steel hood, suitable for wood or charcoal burning, ash tray. Patio furniture comprises table and chairs, comfortable sun lounger's and a rotary washing line (provided). Communal pool at rear of building with changing rooms and toilets. Secure off road parking.
Coast/Beach
The nearest of three local beaches is an easy ten minute walk and is a beautiful sheltered cove with lovely clear blue water. Many well known beaches are within a 10 minute drive including Fig Tree Bay and Nissi Beach.
Travel
Kapparis is just 45 minutes from Larnaca airport and two hours from Paphos. We can arrange an airport pick up service if required. A car will increase your enjoyment. Unlike larger resorts Kapparis remains open throughout the year and offers all the amenities that you are likely to need. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance, a convenience store is opposite the penthouse and a good supermarket is nearby.
Distances
Located within the environs of Protaras just 10 minutes from the main resort centre and 15 minutes from Ayia Napa, Kapparis is a quieter, family orientated resort. You will find all sorts of holiday activities here. Kapparis lies 15 minutes from the border making trips across to Northern Cyprus a possibility during your stay. Visit alone for the experience of the scenic Kyrenia district.
Further details
Protaras is located on the eatern side of Southern Cyprus within the beautiful area known as Famagusta. The Kokkinohoria 'red soil' villages are famous for their agricultural production and provide a taste of typical Cypriot life. Cape Greco, a scenic wilderness between Protaras and Ayia Napa, is ideal for walking or cycling. Visit the nearby Sea Cave formations and marvel at the clear blue sea. Explore the peaceful monastery in Ayia Napa, wander around the fishing harbour or try the nearby Potamos Creek. Varosia, the deserted ghost town unoccupied since 1974, is nearby. Visit the main lookout point at Deryneia or the museum within the town to learn more. Take a boat trip out and explore the surrounding area by sea or drive 5 minutes to reach the traditionally Cypriot town of Paralimni with it's lovely historic centre and shopping opportunities. Go and see Larnaca, Limassol, Paphos, Nicosia or the Troodos mountains - Cyprus really is a country of day trip proportions with all locations easily accessible via the good network of motorways. Why not travel to a neighbouring country? Egypt, Israel, Syria or the Greek Islands are all possibilities due to the wonderful and enviable geographical location of the island.

Guest comments
The apartment was clean and tidy on arrival with towels and linen laid out. The bedroom (two single beds) has ample room and good wardrobe space as well as air conditioning and patio doors to the terrace. The shower and bathroom facilities are good and the kitchen area is well stocked utensil wise. It was extremely useful to have a washing machine and rotary line - we took all our clothes home clean! The sofa bed in the living room converts from a very comfortable leather sofa into a very comfortable double bed and coupled with the air conditioning made for 7 very good nights sleep. The bit where you spend most of the time though is outside and the penthouse really excels here. The terrace is huge with sun all day and comfy sun loungers to relax on. The barbecue cooks superbly and there is a nice table and chairs to enjoy your meal off. To cap it all there is the superb spa. This is a lovely apartment and we had a wonderful 7 days in the sun. - M Bowen, Peterborough.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We first visited Cyprus in 2002 and loved the island and it's way of life. We had always enjoyed travel and had fancied the idea of owning a property abroad at some time in the future. When we seriously started to look into this possibility our thoughts immediately turned back to Cyprus. We visit the apartment a couple of times a year and always look forward to our return. We love the good weather and the fact that the sun is available year round. There are many lovely beaches located in this locality together with gorgeous restaurants - we find new favourites each visit and it is always a daily discussion point as to where we are eating that night!
Unique benefits of the property
Our property is in a lovely location and there is much to see and do in this area of Cyprus. We have put a lot of work into making our property a home from home and we want our renters to enjoy their stay as much as we do. We have prepared an in depth guest information pack that we send to guests prior to their arrival which condenses our years of knowledge. We particularly love our large terrace area which also seems to be the main pull for most renters and the reason that we bought this particular property as it is quite unique. Many guests have said that they have been happy on the sunbeds there all day without venturing further.
