Our family villa Elia House is a new luxury, detached, 4 bedroom, 180sqm villa. Situated in a beautiful rural village on the outskirts of Paphos. Elia House is lavishly furnished to the highest standards with its own large private Roman swimming pool. The ground floor open plan comprises of a fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar, dining area, study and lounge with patio doors opening onto the swimming pool area. A cloakroom and WC with basin is also located on the ground floor. A polished marble staircase leads to the first floor which has a master bedroom with ensuite and a double bedroom, both with patio doors opening on to a balcony overlooking the pool. Two twin bedrooms and a bathroom complete the first floor. An undisturbed coastline is just 2 minutes away. Paphos harbour is only a 10 minute drive away with many tavernas, pubs, nightclubs, cafes, restaurants, and shops. | Living Rooms: | A soft leather suite comprising a three seater, two seater and armchair round the Mediterranean blue rug makes it easy to relax in front of the 27 inch TV. The Grecian white marble fireplace with rocking chair makes an ideal spot for relaxing. |
| Other: | The breakfast bar, equipped with three stools, allows you to enjoy snacks and drinks while looking out of the kitchen window over rural surroundings. A study recess with writing/computer desk provides a place for you to catch up on correspondence. |

The villa is cleaned and maintained by me personally so I can assure you that the villa is maintained to a very high standard. Mid-week clean with towel change included. Linen changed and a thorough clean after first week during a two week stay. |
Notes on accommodation
The air conditioners can be switched to heating in the cooler months. No additional charge. Car hire arranged - best rates on the island. Services include - meet and greet, welcome pack, mid-week clean and towel change, personal service and attention at all times. OPTIONAL EXTRAS - Taste of Cyprus traditional dishes cooked to order and delivered, hire a professional chef for an evening barbecue around the pool. Ideal for families and children.

Outside
Double patio doors open onto the large paved poolside area with 8 sun loungers, two large round tables with parasols and 8 chairs. The Roman steps are an attractive feature of the 8 x 4m swimming pool, set off by authentic Cypriot earthenware pottery in the pool area. A shower by the swimming pool is provided for your convenience. For your health a high standard of hygiene is assured throughout the year by a professional cleaning service which maintains the pool twice a week, on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Four pool lights, one located on each corner of the pool, ensures adequate lighting at night. Discreet lighting in the swimming pool itself creates a very relaxing atmosphere during the evening hours. A BBQ is available. Additionally, a professional Cypriot chef is available on request if you would like to enjoy a BBQ by the pool one evening and get some great cooking tips at the same time!
