Our house is located on the new developing tourist area of Pervolia village in a nice private complex of summer houses. It has a big yard with green fences and trees all around that offer shade and tranquillity. It has private covered parking and veranda shades as well. A private road that passes through green surroundings leads you to a beautiful untouched sea only 200 metres from the house. The house is pets and smoking free. We offer what others don't: Free transfer from airport with luxury car. Free dinner (see conditions below please). Free sealed drinking water (20l). Please note that for health and safety reasons there are no gas appliances throghout the house.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Any bank charges are payable by the sending bank. Only 20% of the value of your booking will be collected (in any currency) for damages, that is refundable in full if no damages are made.
Discounts for more that 3 weeks lets, especially during low season can be very generous. Contact the owner and a surprise might wait for you!
Eldery persons can enjoy a very mild winter at a very reasonable cost during low season!
Changeover day
Changeover day can be flexible to suit your needs, however this is depending on arrival time of following guests. In case there is a time confict check out time is 12:00 and check in time is 14:00. Book early and benefit better prices and availability!
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 on the first floor: there is a double bed with furnished balcony, radio and private 14" TV. Bedroom 2: one single bed and one twin plus a fold out bed (upon request). Wardrobes in all rooms with hangers, dual air conditioning and ceiling fans. |
| Bathrooms: | Upstairs bathroom with bath (power water) and WC. Kids safety door at stairs is provided on request. Downstairs WC (2 smoke detectors and a fire blanket). Safety box upon request. Outside open shower. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences included electrical cooker, big brand new fridge/freezer, 20l water chiller (free quality drinking water for a week) and full range of utensils, crockery sets, dishes, cups, various classes etc. |
| Utility Room: | Under the stairs you will find two small kids's swimming pools (easy to use) 4 beach chairs, a beachball, a beach unbrella and toys. Also various other toys will be available for your children's amusement. A halogen heater and a portable cool fan too. |
| Living Rooms: | A well furnished, bright open plan living room with a twin sofa bed, a 20" TV and DVD. This leads to a dining area with table and sitting for six people. |
| Other: | Outside table with six chairs, a small plastic table that sits 4 small kids ages 16 months to 6 years. Infants staff like stroller, sterilizer etc. can be arranged upon request. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bath/beach/hand towers and linen are provided. In case of longer stayings extra sets of all will be provided. For hygiene reasons guests are kindly requested to bring their own travelling cot along. |
Notes on accommodation
Dual air conditioning in bedrooms is considered as extra cost and this cost it is approved by the Cyprus Tourist Organisation to be GBP £3.50 (or 5 euro) per day per unit. Please note that air conditioning (cool) is only needed in July and August, particularly at noon times. Evenings can be cool and airy and you can always use your ceiling and other portable fans. You can avoid paying this in advance, check the weather and then contact the owner to come and start the units for you. Pay instantly. However, guests arriving from 8pm -8am will be benefited from a richer welcome food pack with basic groceries, and breakfast necessities free of charge due to late arrival. Other arrivals will have a welcome pack as well, some drinks free, which can be French coffee, frappe, Nescafe, beer, English tea, Cyprus wine or other refreshments. Ask for details on due time. This is a non-smoking house and owners kindly request their guests to smoke outside when this can not be totally avoided.

Outside
Very well maintained garden with BBQ half of it fenced and rest with few trees. Even though our house is semi-detached it benefits from good privacy.Neighbours tend to visit their summer houses very rarely thus it ensures many quiet moments. A sunbed with mattress is also available and bicycles upon request. Bicycles may be subject to a fee.
Coast/Beach
The house is only 200 meters away from a very quiet almost untouched clean sea especially at early morning times it is a real pleasure. To avoid high sun exposure we recommend you use the natural shape of trees surrounding the beach from where you can keep a keen eye on the children.
But if you seek action then only 1 km away you can find an organised beach that belongs to Faros beach hotel with sunbeds, umbrellas, beach bars, watersports, swimming pools, snacks and buffets.
Skiing
Skiing in the winter is most likely available and it is only one and a half hour away from the house. Upon request more information can be given on that.
Special interest holidays
The owner organises a meet the owners evening that includes a free traditional diner under two conditions though. Guests should speak adequate English or Greek and have a kid or kids ages ranging 6-12 years old.
The dinner will include kleftiko (lamb baked in our traditional clay oven with herbs and spices), that is situated outside our fenced yard and can only be used by an expert, or BBQ, kebab and seftalia (mince meat sausages with herbs) salad, bread or pitta, cypriot yogurt, tahini (ground sesame seed dip) halloumi, ravioli, Cyprus wine and dessert. Menu can change upon request. Vegetarian dishes available too. Cookery lessons, during that evening, on Cyprus specialities can be requested too.

Travel
The house is only 15 min. drive from Larnaca airport and one and a half hour drive from Paphos airport. Car hire is not necessary if planning a truly relaxing holiday by the sea. Please contact the owner of how this can be achieved successfully. However if you do require a car, this can be arranged by the owner or directly by you at arrival time (second can be risky during high season). Taxi transfers from Larnaca airport to house at day time can be 20 euros. Owner offers this free.
Distances
Nearest village is Pervolia only 3 min. drive. The house is only 10 min. drive away from the motorway that leads to all major towns. 30 min. from Nicosia (capital), 40-50 min. from Limassol and Ayia Napa - Protaras, 70-90 min. from Paphos and only 20 min. to Larnaca, where you can find all major entertainment including a big variety of all kind of restaurants, cafes, fast foods, clubs, pubs, big supermarkets, zoo and playing areas, bowling, cinemas, luna parks.
Thus owner recommends car hire.
Further details
Pervolia offers good opportunities to eat traditional food in real authentic village setting. For those who want to eat home quality food and do not wish to cook then they should know that close by there are food shops and restaurants with take away facilities. It also has pubs, traditional coffee shops, banks and various shops and supermarkets. Furthermore between 4-6 May a festival is organised in the village for the favor of St. Irine that includes many traditional activities, selling of traditional food, nuts and sweets. Also during that period in Larnaca there is a big flower parade that is definitely worth seeing. Furthermore during July there is another festival in the village with live music and street dancing. During june 06-15 a very big festival is organised in Larnaca palm trees area known also as Flood Festival which is ideal for all ages. It includes live shows, famous singers from Greece and elsewhere, singing and poet competitions, dancing, boat trips, sailing competitions, para-sailing demonstrations, banana-rides, parades, luna parks, lots of food and drinks etc. Every Friday (mostly during summer, please ask exact dates) evening there is a beach party that includes buffet only 15 min. walking from the house. During August 14-15 a big festival is organised in a village near Pervolia (only 10 min. drive) named Kiti. A 24 hour big bakery/confectionery/gelateria/food take away and convenience store is only 3 min walk from the house. A small mini-market is only 5 min. walk from the house. A bigger supermarket/butcher/fruit market, open 7 days a week 4 mins by car. A full information welcome pack with emergency numbers, places of interest, maps, etc. will be available in the house for you. Do not hesitate to ask owner to assist you according to your interests. Booking notes
Provisional booking can be made by phone, SMS, email or fax and owner can keep the house for you for max. 7 days without any obligation whatsoever. Deposit: a 20% non-refundable deposit by swift or cheque. Balance and booking confirmation low season, 4 weeks prior the start of the holiday. High season 6 weeks. 20% damage deposit and air condition cost can be sent before arrival or can be given to owner upon arrival. First will be refunded in full if no damage is made upon departure.
