Distances
Larnaca is 8 km from the village. The apartment lies on the edge of Oroklini village and about a mile from the centre with its shops, restaurants, bank, pharmacy and 24 hour bakery.

About the owner
I live in England with my wife. We are both in our sixties; I am still working full time but my wife has retired. Our family are grown up and we currently have five grandchildren, four girls and one boy. Our daughter and her four girls live in New Zealand.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We were looking for an easily maintained and secure apartment near to a beach and all holiday facilities but not in a tourist resort. Oroklini is only 15 minutes from Larnaca airport and provides a good base for exploring Cyprus. Our apartment is a penthouse with nice views from both terraces and is in a residential complex with a large communal pool. We are only a mile from the beach and within walking distance of the village centre. There are plenty of restaurants near by and the beach area has all the usual holiday facilities but it is still relatively quiet. The apartment is fully equipped, right down to hair dryer, beach towels etc.
Unique benefits of the property
The property is convenient for the main airport and within reasonable distance of all the main centres; including Larnaca (10 minutes); Ayia Napa (20 minutes); Nicosia (30 minutes) and Limassol (40 minutes).
