Notes on accommodation
Spacious open plan apartment, with two balconies one overlooking the pool. There is air conditioning throughout and electric heaters in both bedrooms and the living room. In the main bedroom there is a lockable cupboard for keeping any valuables.
Outside
The apartment has a large shared swimming pool with ornamental bridge, shrubs and shower. The surrounding large patio area, has some shared sun-loungers (four mattresses for these are provided).
Coast/Beach
10 minutes walk to the nearest beach, or bus stops to take you along the coast to Coral Bay (approx 15 minutes by car).
Golf
There are several world class golf courses less than 30 minutes away including the Aphrodite Hills Golf Club with its 5* hotel, spa, tennis centre, horse riding etc. The Tsada Golf Club 550m above sea level, cool in the summer months and the Secret Valley Golf Club with its panoramic views.
Travel
The nearest airport is Paphos, only 20 minutes drive. Larnaca airport is approx 1 1/2hrs. Transport from Paphos airport can be arranged.
Further details
The apartment is within easy walking distance to the 'Paphos Mosaics' situated next to the picturesque harbour. It is also close to the 'Tomb of the Kings' archeological site. A car is not essential, due the bus services and plenty of excursion companies.
A taxi can be pre-arranged to meet you at Paphos Airport.
Welcome packs are available upon request.
A local Cypriot mobile phone can be supplied if required. So much cheaper than your UK mobile.
Booking notes
A £50 deposit is required when booking, this is non refundable.
The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to the start date.
Full payment is required if the booking is less than 8 weeks from the start date.
A £100 security deposit is also required to be paid when the full payment is made. This will be refunded once the apartment has been checked and the keys returned.
